We liked everything about the property! The host, Marie, was so friendly & helpful … looked after us really well. The rooms were lovely & clean … at a much better standard than we’ve seen elsewhere in Cambodia! The swimming pool area and restaurant were beautifully done.

The bathroom could do with updating - just didn't feel that clean and there was a bit of an unpleasant smell.

The owner of Tara Lodge was exceptionally helpful and very friendly. He gave us many recommendations of things to do and places to eat in Kep and organised our onward travel arrangements as well as making dinner reservations for us. Tara Lodge has beautiful gardens and pool area and it was lovely to be able to sit and enjoy them. We had massages in the garden which were very good. We also ate breakfast next to the pool - which started with fresh fruit and lovely juices. The bedroom is big with a nice outdoor seating area and sunlounger - lovely place to relax. From Tara Lodge we were able to take a 10 minute walk down for a drink to watch the sunset and then another 10 min walk to Crab Market which was great and definitely something worth going to. We had a relaxed stay at Tara Lodge and we enjoyed our short visit to Kep.

I’m afraid we didn’t really like the area which was rather sad.

The hotel was lovely and beautifully maintained. Jim the manager couldn’t have been more kind and helpful.

The restaurant is adequate but overpriced. The centre of Kep is a long walk so it’s a little remote but that is also the charm and is true of many accommodations here. We hired a motorbike to get around which was great. If you’re not comfortable with this then use tuktuks.

Cozy wooden cabins surrounded by a beautiful garden. Very spacious so you hardly notice that other guests are there. The pool is large and very clean.Nice sunbeds and chairs around it. Excellent breakfast. And then the owners..... very kind and welcoming. They can arrange motorbike rental, tuk-tuk rides and give info about things to see in the area. I recommend this hotel very much for a few relaxing days in Kep.

Beautiful tropical oasis at the foot of Kep National Park. My 2nd floor room patio area was nestled in the canopy of the lush tropical landscape. The owner Patrick was easy going and extremely accommodating throughout my entire stay.

It truly is a haven of peace. What a beautiful property. I booked it at the last minute and am so pleased that I did. I wished I could have stayed longer. Just a beautiful, peaceful setting, very personal. I like that it's not a large property, but a small boutique one. My preferred style of accommodation.

Everything was perfect, From the breakfast to evening meal. The pool and the chalets were excellent, the garden beautiful and the massage pavilion ideal. Most of all Jim, Patrick and their staff were just wonderful. I won't be writing anything in the did not like section A perfect 10!

We had a pleasant stay at Tara Lodge - it radiates such a relaxed atmosphere with its beautiful garden and the saltwater pool. The staff was exceptionally helpful - we will come back.

Excellent value for money! Clean, cosy room with strong aircon. Lovely shaded veranda to relax in the evenings. The beautiful garden is very well-kept and the dense vegetation offers maximum privacy. Pool and jaccuzi are amazing. Kitchen is immaculate as is the restauraunt upstairs with it's fresh sea breeze and 360° view of the gardens, National Park mountains and Vietnam in the distance. Food is delicious and lovingly prepared with the freshest ingredients. Staff were kind and courteous, always going above and beyond. Patrick and Jim were the most wonderful hosts you could wish for. We will most definitely be back. Can highly recommend. Thanks guys, hope to see you again soon!

My choice of breakfast included, among other delicious food, butter and jam - but no bread. I recommend to include 2 pieces of toast - so now we are down to the details.

Probably the most wonderful stay I have had in my life. Details in decoration, gardening and atmosphere - exceptional good and personal style - gives an incredible peaceful, private and beautiful atmosphere. The garden is the garden of Eden. Breakfast was delicious.

I was not a fan of the coffee and would like to see this improved. I normally drink a lot of coffee and would have ordered a lot off the menu but I didn't because of the taste. Some hair conditioner in the bathroom and body moisturizer (for after sunburn) would be great to offer.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tara Lodge, it was our first stay and we will be back for sure! the rooms are great for families - two queen beds and space to move plus a large balcony with seating. The pool is awesome, love the salt water. Service was outstanding, they went out of their way to make our stay special (including a cake for my daughters Birthday!) love that the resort is pet-friendly, we brought our small toy poodle with us. The food was nice. Having breakfast included in the price was great. Our hotwater and TV were not working but they were fixed as soon as we asked - great service! The lush tropical environment around the rooms and pool are so inviting, relaxing and tranquil. LOVE TARA LODGE!
