Manager tom is very welcoming and speaks great English. Fast WiFi on the 2nd floor. Great swimming pool. And a nice bar downstairs. Awesome stay!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Urban Hotel and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, nestled in a vibrant yet peaceful area, with easy access to major attractions.Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly and professional staff. The lobby is beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's restaurant offered a delightful culinary experience with a diverse menu that catered to various tastes. Overall, our stay at Urban exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location makes it a top choice for anyone visiting the area. I look forward to returning on my next trip!

Wonderful experience !!!! I initially booked for one night but decided to extend my stay right away. The entire staff, especially Mr. Phat, has been incredibly welcoming, very friendly and helpful! Very clean, charming rooms, perfect the location , and the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend this place to anyone ! Le meilleur hotel, merci pour tous :) !

Bathroom was a little dingy as no windows, also stay promised a planting of tree experience, this was never offered or happened.

Staff were excellent, always around to help from providing services or booking tours. Pool was fantastic as was the room and location was perfect for walking into town.

The was a bitter lady who came to complain that my friends and I were talking too loud in the pool area. Just for the record, it was 7pm and the pool closes at 9pm. I just think that guests who want silence should not book rooms by the pool, or the hotel should give these old people rooms far from the pool. I am not saying it is the hotel's fault, not at all. The lady was too bitter and grumpy.

The hotel is beautiful, the pool is nice and staff is very friendly. I would certainly stay there again!!!!

I’ve visited Siem Reap many times over the past years and it’s getting difficult to find a guesthouse property that’s a good value and is honest about what they offer. Never what’s posted on their site. I spent extra time searching before making the decision to book a 6-night stay at The URBAN. From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted by name and served fresh drinks and fruit while they checked us in. The property is beautifully landscaped with lush green trees and plants. Upon entering our room it was obvious their photos were authentic. Quality comfortable bed mattresses, cable TV, refrigerator,, large bathroom and more. The location is a quiet place yet only a 5 min walk to Pub Street. If you prefer to dine in the large restaurant lounge, you’ll enjoy the nature. The staff and management are equal to a 5-star hotel. Special thanks to Mr. Phy and the sweet girls who served us breakfast every morning. Now I don’t have to waste time searching for another place to stay in Siem Reap. There’s a reason why they have the reputation they have and have customers even during low season while many other properties are struggling to survive. Last comment, use their tuk tuk drivers at the property if you want to travel around the city. They are 100 percent trustworthy and not expensive.

A true oasis in the bustle of Siem Reap, the room was beautifully clean and bright. The restaurant is lovely (but can get a bit warm!) and the pool area and gardens are so luxurious and relaxing. The staff were absolutely incredible. They all made us feel like family from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. I wish I could remember everyone’s names! Special thanks go to Mr Phy who gave us brilliant advice for visiting the Angkor temples and ensured we were happy and comfortable during our stay. What a lovely guy. Also we do have to give a huge thanks to our tuktuk driver who helped us visiting the Angkor temples over three days: Mr Vutha. Always happy and smiling, we had some great chats with him about the temples and also about life in Cambodia. He had ice cold water and towels for us after each temple, and he was happy to customise the route to help us get the most out of our visit, giving us advice and tips on each temple. If you’re looking for a driver to take you to the temples, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him - ask for him at reception and they’ll help you. What a wonderful place. We will definitely return when we’re back in Siem Reap. Thank you to all the staff for making our visit so special!

Honestly there was nothing to dislike.

Everything was so clean and tidy and the staff were excellent. Extremely kind and helpful and very accommodating. Often asking how I was doing and if everything was okay. I was only here for 2 days but I wish I was here for longer. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in and also easily the cheapest and will definatley be coming back again

I stayed here with my partner for two nights. The pool facilities were very nice and the property is well managed. The staff were friendly and we were welcomed with a complimentary drink and a cold towel, which was much appreciated. We also had their happy hour cocktails, which were reasonably priced and strong but tasty. We would definitely stay again :).

Loud fan in bathroom linked to light switch that I couldn't turn off without turning off the light.

Very beautiful place, lots of green. Staff super friendly and always smiley, greeting you every time and making sure you're comfortable. Very attentive.
