From the moment we arrived at the nature we were feeling welcomed and treated very well. The staff was always around taking care of everything we needed. I had problems with my visa for vietnam and they tried to do everything they could to assist me solving the problem. I have been to many places throughout southeast asia but this place was special. Thank you!

    Nothing, everything was superb.

Extremely peaceful and relaxing stay. We stayed in one of the poolside rooms with a balcony straight onto the pool, it was spacious with a fan above the seating area to keep us cool. The room was spacious, extremely clean and air con worked fantastically. The pools itself was one of the best we’ve stayed in during our time in Asia, clean and a good enough size to actually swim. Everyone who worked at the hotel were very friendly and attentive. The hotel had a free evening tuk tuk service into town which was very handy and during the day you could use the service for a small fee. We did a tour with the hotel to the temples and our driver was super friendly, he put up with us when we were too warm and catered the tour to the time we wanted to spend exploring the temples. Would definitely recommend staying here.

They charge 2% fee to pay eith credit card which they never mention when booking. It was excellent. Nothing to comment.

Excellent service, stuff, planning of tours, accommodation. Our driver Daro was the best, totally recommend. 10 stars just for Daro, honestly.

    I wouldn’t have any changes.

The location was perfect- tucked away from all the noise but close enough you could easily get a tuk tuk into town. The service was impeccable, the staff so accommodating to making my stay to my needs. I was able to book a massage when I landed and it was exactly what I needed. They also helped transpo to and from town feel super easy and cheap. My driver even waited with my while I visited several museums and sites in town. The food was also so good. I had the curry, latte, lamb, and spring rolls. The staff, especially Yin was so friendly and spoke great English. I was able to converse with him and learn more about Cambodia. The staff always made me feel safe as I was traveling along and they would ask where I was going and when I was thinking of coming back. I enjoyed their attention to detail.

The staff was very nice, helpful, really one of the best places we've been in Cambodia. Hotel has a tuktuk, and the center is just 7 mins. Foods very also amazing in the hotel's restaurant with khmer and western foods as well. Rooms are clean, well equipped.

    Nothing, all was perfect!

One of the best hotels I have stayed at! Every detail of our stay was perfect. We were greeted with a deliciously refreshing welcome drink. Room was spacious, good AC and shower, comfortable bed, delicious tea in the room. Refreshing pool area. Everything was impeccably clean and neat. All the staff members were very friendly and helpful. Especially enjoyed chatting with Chan Sophanet. On our first night, the staff helped us plan our tours to Angkor Wat and organized one of their tuktuk drivers, Daro. He was a great driver, took us around for 2 days and always explained which temple we were at, what we should look out for and where he will wait for us at the end. He somehow managed to spot us before we saw him and was always ready with the tuktuk to head to the next destination. He even stopped at a sugar palm farm on the side of the road and explained how it's made. We bought some juice, fruit and sugar to try - delicious! Hotel area is very quiet and relaxing. It's an easy and short tuktuk ride to get to town. We were sad to leave this beautiful oasis!

The room is extremely spacious, featuring a great shower/bath and each room has a very nice terrace/view point on the pool. The swimming pool is one of the best features of the facility: well kept and extremely relaxing after a long day visiting Siem Raep.

Everything was great! In our case the shower was in a high bath tub. Maybe that’s inconvenient for some people.

Staff is super friendly, you can arrange everything you need via the hotel, very comfortable bed, good location (quiet, short tuktuk from Angkor Wat and city and there’s always a tuktuk available

What a hidden gem ! Despite the fact it was only a short tuk tuk drive from the city center you felt completely immersed in nature. The staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The rooms were spacious and contained lots of small touches like loose leaf tea. A fantastic stay.

    Nothing, it was actually perfect.

The room we stayed in was beautiful and had a balcony over the pool but was still very private. The location is a little out of town so quiet and our hotel offered transport so it was very easy to and from the cbd. The staff were exceptional and made our stay. We especially loved our driver Mr Daro who showed us around Angkor Wat and went above and beyond to show us local sights. The hotel does afternoon tea every day beside the pool which was a special treat and they also have beaitiful teas in the rooms. The hotel is sustainable so very little to no plastic is used and they plant trees as part of the cost of your stay. If we ever come back, we will stay here.

    We loved all of it.

From the moment we stepped through the door we were treated like we were family. We were greeted with smiles, a nice cool cloth and a delicious ginger drink and a plate of sweet fruit. The whole place felt so peaceful with quiet music, an unbelievably welcoming pool and lovely decor. We enjoyed talking with the staff and it never felt like they had somewhere else to be. They are most accommodating to your every need. When we opened the door to our room, we were met with cool air and a truly lovely inviting space. We loved the shower area and the bed was very comfortable. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and hope to go back one day. Thank you The Nature for what you offer.

The location is a bit hard to get to, it also doesn’t seem to always appear on google maps consistently for us, making it a challenge to first find it. Once there, it does take a 10-15 minute drive to get into the city, this is freely provided between 6PM-9PM by the hotel and is also very inexpensive outside of those hours.

The entire hotel is beautifully taken care of, the staff were also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and the food and drinks were always exceptional. The deals they have with tuktuk drivers and scooter rental companies is also very convenient. Being able to rent a tuktuk for the day to visit the temples or for a drive into the city was very convenient.

Nothing about the hotel. But if you're coming, bring USD. Everyone uses them everywhere and saves you hassle trying to convert to Reil.

I've been to 58 countries, countless hotels and it's very rare I would give a hotel the full 10 score, but the Nature deserves it. Everything about here is just amazing. The staff, always friendly and helpful, the location (out of town so quiet but not too far so hassle to do stuff) the layout is just perfect. They really have sat down and thought this thru. It's just such a beautiful hotel to stay at really. The breakfast and dinner was so nice. The WiFi was fast and very strong across the hotel. They even have a few cats chilling around the place as well as koi fish to admire as you eat your meals. I did the 3 day tour of the temples with Mr Sarath who was just an amazing guide and driver. His knowledge of the temples made the whole trip that more interesting. He took us to some of the most beautiful ones I ever saw and was always on time and helpful (his number in the attached pics) I highly recommend you ask for him. Overall the hotel just makes you feel special and I highly recommend staying there.
