The staff were amazing! We got upgraded and had such a warm welcome. The food is delicious and the included breakfast is such a good size and so many options. All the facilities are lovely and so many areas to enjoy!

Lovely resort on the island. Great pool area to relax with breath-taking view of the beach. Breakfast was by far the best we had on our trip. Bbq steak 😋 definitely recommend. Rooms comfortable and clean. Staff very attentive and helpful 👍 👌 could not do more for us.

At the end of our trip, the person who helped us at the front desk forgot to sign us up for taxi to the port and the boss reprimaded him in front of us with people around the front desk. Humiliating for the man and he was very helpful.

The only small thing is that the water pressure in the shower was really low sometimes during the day which made it hard to wash your hair.

The location right by the sea was amazing. We originally only planned to stay for three nights but ended up staying six because we loved it so much!

Clean comfortable bungalow on a beautiful resort. The beach was beautiful as well as the pool and it was really nice to have the option of either. Delicious food, especially the bbq in the evening. It was so nice to be picked up from the pier too in a smaller boat which took us to the hotel. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Well staff was less welcoming than what I experienced in the rest of the country. Moreover, there were very noisy tourists listening to their own music next to everybody at the pool (in addition to the music put by the staff) and they let them do. It was very annoying and disrespectul, they should have received a warning or something.

The pool, the location, facilities were good considering the fact you are on an island.

I've had a wonderful time at Sara! The bungalow was amazing, I absolutely loved spending time at the day beds and the swimming pool, the food and drinks were great and spending the evenings at the bar was a lot of fun and an easy way to meet new people. Most of all, it were the people working at Sara that made my stay here one I'll never forget. They made me feel very welcome, safe and at home away from home.

Unfortunately our snorkelling tour that we booked via the hotel was cancelled after we waited for 30 mins. Whilst the staff are super friendly, the service is somewhat unorganised. Waiters aren’t assigned areas/tables so orders got mixed up a few times.

Great hotel on Koh Rong with nice clean rooms and a fantastic pool/bar area. The beach BBQ steak was really nice and fire show was also fab.

Resort will let people who are not guests use the pool area for $10, pool area was full of rowdy young people staying at Onederz next door who were not considerate at all, so it’s not really a relaxing experience. They were being very inappropriate and drunk, staff didn’t care because they were making money. Restaurant food is also expensive and average.

seafood bbq could be better, this time was overcooked

Stayed there few times and always enjoyed. Great team, nice and clean swimming pool, Sara's restaurant is the best combination of price and value, it is always packed on dinners as many guests from other resorts dine in there. 8pm fireshow is very spectacular, we liked it. Mattresses are comfy, bed linen is fresh, you dont need more on the island!

Weren't enough chairs provided in outside area of our room for the number of people staying, although they were more than happy to sort out extra.

Family room had view over the bay and area to sit in front of it. Swimming pool was nice alternative to sea, should you want it. Everything was kept clean, which must have been a constant challenge considering its location on the beach and everyone just walks barefoot.

I ask for smaller cake to celebrate my wife birthday, they offer to me 1 kg cake at 25$ or 35$. I ask for smaller cake because there is only 2 of us, but they rather not to offer any other smaller cake option to me. When I arrive at the resort, I saw a small cake counter with smaller cake. It’s a shame the person communicating with me does not give option to traveller like me.

I really love the food at the hotel. The decoration in my room was nice, and free canoes offer was great addition to the activity and the diving session too.

Tv channels on TV not working properly but didn’t go there to watch TV!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Located in the middle of the beach. Great food and pool. Modern room with good air con. Wifi at the resort very good. Would come back. Room 2F is right on the beach, couldn’t be better!

The water pressure is too much causing over spray and the towels felt like sand paper.

The fire dance the food specifically the BBQ cheese cake room the views the crew is very accommodating and nice.And the dogs...the resort is really nice.
