Location. You have to take tuk tuk every single time as there is nothing you can enjoy around the hotel. Nevertheless, thanks for hotel staff I would definitely stay here again if I ever visit kampot.

Everything was perfect. The front desk staff allowed early check-in(Maybe it was low season, not many guests in the hotel). We took a 9-hour bus from siem reap and it was good to check in early. The hotel staff are kind, fantastic and nice. I wish I could stay longer. Hotel always clean not only swimming pool but also hotel facilities.

Location a bit off from town, noise from bugs especially at night very loud.

Comfy bed & pillows, big clean pool, comfy room, big tv but no channels, acceptable breakfast but little choices, weekdays is non buffet so need to order ala carte, nice setting hotel, have ample parking space

We stayed here just for one night and everything were great, all staff and manager are very friendly and helpful. The location if just about 5 minutes to the town.

Although it is slightly away from the town centre its only a $1 to $2 max grab tuk tuk ride. So you can enjoy the lively town/river side and good quiet accommodation at the same time.

For those who like non standard living (15-20 storey building) than this is a lovely hotel with bungalow style accommodation. Well kept gardens and private room space are lovely.

Lovely place to stay in Kampot. The staff was outstanding throughout our stay with excellent service . The room super clean and nice view, and we were very happy just relaxing by the pool.

It's a truly relaxing hotel, beautiful and super service from the staff. We have been here a couple of time and so excited to be here again. The swimming pool is clean, we were relaxing by the pool every evening.

The room was very clean and comfortable, loved the design come sofa, balcony and overview to the swimming pool. The pool is clean we can order drink as well. The reception helped us to book the motorbike rental during our stay. Will come to stay here again.

Was a great stay here with my partner. The hotel is very beautiful, we loved the taste of cafe. The breakfast also great and dinner we also can order in advance. The hotel manager is really helpful and care about our stay.

Much cheaper to rent scooter in town, otherwise everything was great!

Very comfortable bed, breakfast was good, lots of choices. Cambodian coffee included or you can buy latte etc. Very clean in rooms and pool. Beautiful landscaping, pond has giant koi fish. Excellent staff and manager Mr Lam. He really cares about customer experience. Rooms have smart tv, netflix etc.

Very limited food options - especially breakfast was a bit disappointing. Location outside main area but only 5/10 min tuk tuk into town. Wi-fi not working first day but that was fixed a few hours later More beds around the pool could be an idea

It was a beautiful hotel with lovely rooms and facilities inside. Front desk staff were exceptional. Provided us with tours for quad biking and kayaking at sunset - highly recommend doing this. Drink service by pool
