We​ booked 4​ rooms, and​ go​ to the​ casino.​ All play​ slotmachine, the​ staff​ name​ Jariya, wont let us to​ have​ Beer.​ Its so​ bad experience for​us.​ Beside that, every​thing​ was great!!

The sea is not really clean.

We liked the staff a lot, especially Ken and Maxith were very helpful. We stayed one night there after visiting Koh Rong island, the location of the hotel is very convenient, as being very close to the pier.

Nothing . Everything was just perfect

This hotel is truly amazing! Anything you can desire is offered you before you have to ask. The only downside for us is having stayed there only one night… I wish we could have remained there forever! Huge and clean room , with the most comfortable bed I ever slept in, (it was like sleeping in a cloud, and this was greatly appreciated after so many hard cambodian mattresses! ) Great varied breakfast with both local and western dishes… delicious sushi , and a wide menu to choose from , beautiful private beach where you can watch the sun set in the sea sipping a cocktail or having dinner… all this and much more for a great price…but, above all , we were impressed with the extraordinary politeness and kindness of the staff, who made us feel like movie stars! Ken, in particular, was literally our guardian angel, he took care of us from the moment we met, solving for us every problem…he was just amazing, he gave us a lift to the ferry station for Koh Rong Samloen where we spent two days, helped us with the ferry boat tickets and was there to pick us up when we came back … and in the meantime we were allowed to leave our car in the hotel’s parking even after we had checked out !!! Ken’s kindness and helpfulness was really beyond imagination … thank you Ken!!! Queenco hotel is by far the best we stayed at in Cambodia !

Part of the hotel is under renovation at the moment and unfortunately so was their pool (which looked very nice and overlooked the beach) during our stay. However, the manager upgraded our room so we had somewhere to relax during our stay (which we appreciated).

All the staff were exceptional and very customer service focused. They went out of their way to support our vegan (and gluten-free) dietary requirements which we know is not always easy. Food was excellent. We used this hotel as a one night stopover on our way back from Koh Rong Sanloem and can definitely recommend it for this purpose. It was very safe and comfortable and the hotel successfully arranged all our follow-on transportation.

Excellent place to stay in Sihanoukville as very close to ferry for islands, clean, good facilities including great khmer food at restaurant and fantastic staff, especially mr Charly who assisted greatly with making restaurant booking and especially arranging ferry booking and transport for Islands - thank you!

They didn’t have good transport services support like easy to get a taxi, but always managed through Grab so is not really an inconvenient.

Very nice pool and beach, not busy at all. The gym was very big and complete. I am not a casino person but all the rest of the hotel was exactly what I needed to rest, have a good spot for work, also workout and enjoy the sunset of SihanoukVille. Had Japanese restaurant and local one with some international food. Everything nice

It was a perfect night ! After a trip form phom penh, we arrived at the bus station of SihanoukVille and Charly was here to take care of us . He took the time to help us book or next trips and did everything to make sure that we had the best night possible in this beautiful hotel which is really nice and quiet ! Had a challenging vibe, lots of large groups of males, they were all quiet and polite but I felt very aware of their presence.

Sean and the staff were very friendly, they took very good care of us. The cocktails were great, Pink ladies and Ouna Coladas. Also order the Pad Thai for dinner it was amazing. I’m not a gambler so it’s not really my scene. Good for a stop over.

Had I known that this is a great vacation site, I could have booked for longer nights instead of just stopping here on my way to an island.

I had an amazing stay at Queenco with their wonderful amenities, great room and the best assistance. The personnel assigned to me (Mr Charly Tak) was the best, picked me up from the airport and brought me to the pier (free of charge), made sure I had everything I need, led the staff to throw in a little birthday surprised for me while I was having dinner at their amazing restaurant by the beach, and even coordinated for me to the airline when I realized I left something from the airport and to a transport service back to Phnom Penh.

The hotel itself is exceptional. Really beautiful. Great location and breakfast was ample. What was exceptional was the staff. Charly (correct spelling) was a real hero and asset of the hotel. I recommend to the Hotel not to loose this guy. He went out of his way to please in every way. Oh, and the dinner was great too!

The hotel is a bit away from the city center, and is surrounded bij buildings that are not yet finished. We understand that COVID has caused a stop in the building process (of Chinese construction companies).

The staff is amazing and goes the extra mile. The terrace and the pool have stunning views over the ocean. One evening a female DJ was playing some IBIZA-vibes. Sipping on a cocktail, watching the sunset... you can image we had a big smile on our faces.

High level of service. The staff and management were very helpful during our entire stay. Shoutout to Mr Charly and Ms Sophea for arranging our onward journey. Nice selection for breakfast and happy hour in the bar in the early evening. Wonderful view of the sunset and a nice pool. The free gym was an added benefit.

Fantastic stay in this lovely hotel, in a prime location, 1min walk from the private beach, and the best beach stretch with white sand and lovely clear water. 3 Restaurants, right on the beach, with shade and lovely scenery of the sea.Can swim, as the sea is so calm. The staff are wonderful, and so helpful, and friendly. Special thanks to Sean, Charly, Kim Sok Hour, Vanndy, Marith, Chan Seileka, Chrok Chrav I booked this hotel with no research, but when i arrived, i was amazed. Staff are so friendly and such a homely atmosphere. The front office staff are very knowledgeable and always at hand to help and go beyond their duties. Free shuttle service to the city centre in a luxury vehicle, Amazing !! Great breakfast with local and foreign cuisine. Lovely pool and sunbeds, and massage on site, again, superb. Room service is prompt, and efficient, and no one is waiting for tips. The staff are very attentive, and so friendly, but not waiting for tips. If you stay in Sihanoukville, Queenco hotel is the place to stay. Outside of the busy and bling bling Sihanoukville, this place is really peaceful, quiet and beautiful. The room are cosy, the bed is very confortable, the swimming pool and the private beach are just amazing. But the best side of my stay was the staff and the service, they are just amazing. I want to say a big thanks to Mr Somros, he make me feel like a special guest during all my stay, always here to know if you need anything and make your stay so easy ! If you need something, Mr somros will exceed your expectations ! I never met someone like him, so professional,so kind…. Is just amazing and thank you again for made my stay a magical stay !
