Staff, reception and room excellent. Room view awful but that's Sihanoukville. Included breakfast but not buffet. A la carte choice of about 6 things. All Chinese. Good stop over choice if you miss the boats to the islands

We booked for one night hoping to spend evening on the roof-top terasse however upon check in we realized that terasse is closed. Dinner menu is only in one language. I speak english/italian/german/slavic and can find my way with spanish but ended up ordering my dinner by pointing on the photo and other guest plate. Same works for the staff. Only one receptionist has comunicational english. Other staff members are trying very hard to provide best posible service but they know very little about hospitality industry. They are simply not the same category as the hotel. If you are in good mood it is acctually quite amusing observing how they work. Restaurant is bit pricy compared with others in the area. On few places it is noted that breakfast start from 6am and we were happy about it as we needed to make early check out. Unfortunately upon arrival we were told it start from 7.30am ....so we missed it.

My room was infested with roaches! I didn’t see it at first but after I turned off the light for bed and went to go to the toilet one last time before I went to sleep and used my flashlight. The roaches were running around the floor. I made a video and went to the front desk. They gave me a different room but the roaches already crawled in my backpack and shoes. Just thinking about it gives me the shivers. The room was supposed to be smoke free but there was obviously a smoke smell in the room and an ashtray. The breakfast/bar/restaurant is not running. There is nothing on the rooftop. You could only pay cash and after check-out they tried to charge me extra. I didn’t get any type of compensation for what had happend.

It’s a smoking hotel. The smell is everywhere. I couldn’t sleep because of the smell. The bathroom is not sound-closed. We can hear everything. We were served instant noodles as breakfast.

They try to change a room for us but the smoking smell was still there.

Doesn’t have a restaurant, but that gives us an opportunity to go elsewhere. Probably not the best location but there is enough opportunities with Grab car .

Everything , would always want to go back there .

Room wasn’t serviced from last occupant. Staff quickly came and sorted that out. Bit disorganised with food/restaurant.

The receptionist prepared our check-in but the owner came and re-did the check-in again which gives the impression of a lack of trust between employer and employee. The owner requested deposit which wasn't something we accustomed to in Cambodia. There was no hotel restaurant, so only in-room breakfast was available. The owner asked us about our breakfast preference during check-in, we ordered vegetarian meal but in the morning they gave us food with chicken and with no drinks so we used coffee bags we had in the room. The food quantity was not enough. For checkout, it took a bit of time for them to verify the room before giving is back the deposit. The location is terrible, the hotel has no view, and the neighbourhood is dirty with no food options or coffee shops and the city in general is not like other places in Cambodia.

The room is new, clean and modern. The bad is very comfortable. Hotel lobby and facilities are clean

Smoke smell in the room. Huge TV but not working well. Breakfast very primitive.
