Personally, I didn't like the scent of the room.

Found the host Micky to be very helpful and friendly, which makes the trip more enjoyable. The pizza and pasta were amazing. Will definitely come back again.

There is nothing not to like. If you want everything to be brand new then expect to add a zero to the price of your stay.

Seriously comfortable memory foam mattresses, lovely friendly staff, beautiful pool, stunning family atmosphere at the bar (day and night) and without any doubt the BEST pizza in all of Cambodia! Italian heritage and you can taste it in the food and the friendly family vibe. Mickey is the perfect host!

Nothing the place is simply the best!

Definitely the best place to stay in Sihanoukville. The atmosphere is unique and the staff knows how to take care of you! There are a lot of space to hang around such as your private balcony, the pool, the bar and the restaurant. The owners are amazing giving the place an amazing vibe! Is a great place to relax and have a lot of fun! And if you want to eat real Italian food is a must try!

We stayed here in transit for 1 night from the islands on our way to Bangkok. Perfect location for this . Very warm welcoming and helpful. Food and drink delicious. Wonderful pool. Shops etc around the corner. I recommended it to a couple of fellow travellers with a day to kill and they were able to enjoy all the facilities including showers before there night be buses.

Aircon wasn't working but the staff fixed it immediately and provided a fan also. Good service :-)

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially the lady who manages check in. Good food, American breakfast and the Italian flatbread sandwich was delicious.

Loud construction nearby; restaurant was closed that evening (although manager recommended another location and arranged for tuk tuk transportation). No beach close by.

Incredible manager (lady working at reception), quaint resort, private rooms, nice pool. Well worth the cost.

Many mosquitos around during the night at the pool area. Use some anti-mosquito lotion.

The staff and the owners are so friendly. We got free Mango everyday. The rooms are so nice located next to the pool. The pool is great. The food is amazing. The best pizza in town (authentic italian pizza, the owners are italians). If you go there you do not want to leave anymore!

The surrounding of the facility (street to arrive to the place), some workouts that literally created tremors in the ground...constructions and demolition around (is not their fault, is the reality of the area), but still near to beach front...

To have a facility that fulfill all needs for a tourist (from a budged perspective) Accommodation Food Renting motos Services Etc...

Beds weren't overly comfortable, shower only okay. But for the price can't complain too much!

Stayed here for a night travelling from Koh Rong to Kampot. Heard horror stories about Sihanoukville but this is a nice little oasis away from it. If like us, you don't want to see the city, it's a great little place to stay. Tasty Pizzas and other food in the restaurant, lovely pool to relax in and you have your own little bungalow to yourself. The girl at reception was so friendly and offered impartial advice on our next destinations travel options. Would definitely recommend to stay here if you're travelling from Koh Rong to Kampot or just need somewhere safe to stopover!

The area is very boring and nothing around except constructions. The bar closes at 10pm I think, so it’s quiet inside the resort but there is a very loud bar in the street that plays loud music until 3am - very annoying.

The bungalows are well equipped, with AC and kettle + coffee / tea. They were really clean, the pool area was super nice and you had shadow or sun whatever you needed at any time of the day. The restaurant is nice, good staff and delicious food.

The road to town was not good to walk along at night - stray dogs growling and following us. A lot of building sites, abandoned buildings all around.

The place was laid back and friendly, welcoming. Nice pool. Great staff. Good food.The accommodation was basic, but clean.

Building work noise, but that's going on all over Sihanoukville, and obviously nothing to do with the hotel.

The room was a good size with a small ( but not private) patio overlooking the pool. The bathroom was dated, but perfectly acceptable. It had everything you needed and was spotlessly clean. A nice pool with plenty sunbeds. Food really good and as usual in Cambodia, the staff are really friendly. We only stayed a few hours as using the facilties whilst waiting on the sleeper bus, so didn't have time to explore the area.
