The location is not the best. Overall a bit pricy without breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful staff with excellent English skills. The room was clean and tidy with a spacious bathroom, insect screens at the windows, strong but quite AC and free drinking water.

Super friendly and helpful host, everything was perfect! The house is a real oasis in the heart of the city- it is located in a quiet neighbourhood so we were able to get a good sleep! We were also able to book taxi and boat from their accommodation, which made our stay extra comfortable!

It had air conditioning but it didn’t work that well.

It’s quaint and the owner is very friendly. She works the place during the day and helped reserve a ferry etc. Honour bar in the evenings. Met some interesting people. Would recommend for the price.

I highly recommend staying at Manoha Villa if you staying in Sihanoukville, the city its self was a challenging circumstances around because it's economy at the moment (2024) but this beautiful villa offers a truly immersive experience. The manager goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, safe, and helpful during their stay. It is a cozzy and charming place with a lovely pool.

Absolutely nothing, everything was just wonderful.

9 weeks into travelling SEA and with out a doubt the nicest most comfortable accommodation so far, if we hadn't travel arrangements booked we definitely would have extended our stay. So helpful, accommodating and just genuine nice people. Don't hesitate booking here, you will not be disappointed.

Very nice family run guesthouse in the middle of town! Nice little pool, garden and sitting area. Good food! Really nice, spacious and clean room. The owners help with all request you might have :)

It was down a few back streets but only a 5 minute walk to a gorgeous Italian

This was probably the best stay we've had on our travels, the lady who owns this was just the nicest person ever! The rooms were clean and spacious, it had a pool and the breakfast was nice and cheap too! She greeted us with a welcome drink, she really made our stay. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The road down to place was crap, but not uncommon really. Not owners fault. The shower water ran thru entire bathroom floor, leaving it very slippery.

Pretty much everything. The place is more like a home stay. Very trusting with the facilities etc. Staff very helpful 👍 Ideal stay when coming or going to Islands. That's the only reason you'd go to Sihanoukville anyway.

Everything about this place was amazing! The facilities were fantastic! Everything could you want! Chen was so welcoming and friendly! Chen helped me book my boat tickets, gave loads of great recommendations! You really feel like you’re at home! The seating area around the pool is really cosy!

We loved it all

Chen and Romain were fantastic hosts, and they made us feel really welcome throughout our stay. We had booked the standard room which we found, was spacious, very clean and comfortable. To be honest, Manoha Villa exceeded our expectations. Help was given when we needed a pharmacy, and all our needs were very well taken care of. It was an oasis in the middle of the city. We can not recommend Manoha Villa highly enough.

Nothing. It was all great.

Lovely Chen, the proprietor, greets you with a sunny smile. She is so helpful and the place is an oasis of tranquility in a noisy busy city. Lovely bar area with small pool to cool down in. I had a huge, light toom with a balcony. Good choice of breakfast and an order-in service for dinner which was great. Highly recommended.

The property requires some maintenance. Balcony, fascia’s, wooden decking to seating area. Property could to with some TLC. That is down to the owners, not the lady that runs it. She works very hard and puts her heart and soul into it.

The place feels tropical. So relaxing. Small Pool. Plenty of places to sit outside. The owner was amazing. So friendly and helpful. When she went to bed you could help yourself to all drinks, soft and alcoholic and you were trusted to add to your tab. Ramen/Pot Noodles are free as if coffee. The outside garden is very up together, clean and tidy.
