I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and I must say, it was nothing short of magical, especially the pool area which felt like a serene oasis. Every aspect of the hotel was impressive, but what truly set this experience apart was the outstanding service provided by the staff, particularly Anita. Anita was exceptionally kind, humble, and caring throughout my stay. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail made me feel genuinely cared for. It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated and passionate about providing a top-notch guest experience. Anita is definitely an asset to any hotel aiming to uphold a 5-star rating. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. Everything about this hotel, from its enchanting ambiance to the exemplary service, made my visit truly memorable. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a touch of luxury and a team that makes you feel at home. Thank you, Anita and everyone, for a wonderful experience!

Normally we are the opinion there are always at least one or two things that can be improved. We visit many hotels. Never gave a 10. But that day has come. This hotel deserves a 10+. Facilities great, atmosphere great and staff & service more than great! Deep respect for the way this hotel is managed. Compliments to the whole staff. Our personal assistant Thavy was always present to help us and answer questions. The staff who took care of our room: a bowing for all of them. You meant a lot to us. The breakfast fantastic. Pool area and afternoon tea… wonderful. Massage top. We had a marvelous room; got an upgrade on arrival. Also our respect to Mr Lie - who drove us around any time of the day. Great person! Really Mane is heaven on earth in Siem Reap! And an example to other hotels. A serene, quiet and relaxed place. High quality without attitude. If you are in Cambodia: award yourself with some nights at Mane!

Whaw, what a wonderful time a had in this boutique hotel. I really felt relaxed in this peaceful oasis and the beautifully furnished room. Ms. Thavy was so friendly, professional and helpful with high attention for the smallest detail. My expectations were more than exceeded. Breakfast was delicious and the Khmer massage exceptional. Thank you Ms Thavy and the whole team for an unforgettable stay!!

Maybe the AC right above the bed was a little difficult to adjust and control... not an issue though.

The place is wonderful, nicely decorated, very discrete but attentive staff. Anita was lovely and really facilitated the scheduling of our days there and helped with some bookings. So kind! Also, we got an upgrade, and we're feeling so nice there that we stayed an extra night...

Staff were top notch. Always willing to go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Food was excellent and complementary tea was also served everyday. Hotel was very clean and the grounds were well kept. This hotel has old world charm. Loved our stay there and wish it could have been longer.

We had the greatest time at Mane Boutique Hotel & Spa! Everything was perfect. The whole property is a green oasis with a great pool. Our room was really spacious, perfectly clean, was decorated with great attention to detail and had everything needed for a great stay. Breakfast and dinner options are great and tasted really good. The whole staff was so kind and very attentive, we felt very welcome. They took care of everything we asked or needed. Thank you so much for everything, we will definitely come back when visiting Siem Reap again! :)
