Prices for the Beach Barbecues provided by the resort were a bit on the expensive side for Cambodian prices although the seafood and dishes were very appealing.

The Staff at Longset Resort went beyond and above to make our stay exceptional and the rooms were very big clean and modern in the luxury apartments that we stayed in and gave direct access to the lap pool from the patio. A full buffet breakfast was also included every day and beach towels and lounges were freely available for all residents.

Everything was fine really, just the gym could be upgraded a bit. The machines are outdated and not really working. But that only concerns those who actually want to spend their time at the gym during their vacation :) On the other hand, they have a ping-pong table that we used a couple of times. Real fun!

The staff was always so happy and helpful! We are very thankful for the help we got from the front desk. They were just awesum! The breakfast was good, a buffet to choose from and an egg counter where you can choose what kind of eggs you want! Rooms are good with a nice view to the pool. Pool also nice and quiet. Beach clean and tranquil, not too crowded. We enjoyed our stay here, which definitely is the better part of this island, away from Koh touch!

It seems like long Set beach (location) is more for those who likes parties. There was a lots of young people on island and loud music from beach pubs. Normally we don't mind that but we weren't expecting this as we thought Koh Rong is not as popular just yet. Our drainage in our room was constantly blocked. At some point it didn't drain water at all. But it has been sorted very quickly. However it still didn't drain how it should. Maybe this is something to look at ? Also prices in restaurant are a bit too expensive comparing to restaurants near by. This was the reason we didn't eat there as same food was much cheaper just few steps away from hotel.

There should be more awareness of plastic pollution. For such a nice location just walking along the shoreline and seeing all the plastic bottles and other tossed out trash is shameful.

Location on the island is the best compared to many other resorts scattered around. It's proximity to the jetty is a plus. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The premises are well kept and maintained daily. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and plenty of drink options are available. We loved our stay and I would definitely return.

We loved everything and can’t wait to be back.

We loved everything about this resort. The staff members are so helpful and friendly. They helped us to book the boat tour, tuk tuk tour and massage sessions. They are always smiling and asking if we needed something. Rooms are big, cozy and with beach vibes. We had a handmade beach cute bag to use during our stay. I ended up buying two handmade bags from reception. We enjoyed our breakfast with good options and a beautiful view of the beach. The food and drinks were tasty and the menu has a variety of options. It can be a lil bit pricey compared to local restaurants but you pay for the service. We got our food and drinks right by the sea while getting sunbathing. We ate all our meals there, except for one day we wanted to tried a place near the hotel. If you want to have resort amenities, it’s worthy to order from their restaurant and not worrying about leaving the resort to get food. We had bbq by the sea two nights and it was an amazing experience. The food was delicious and the setting was so romantic. That experience costs so much in resorts in the Caribbean but here it was regule price for our meal. The beach is a dream and they keep it clean. We walked far from the resort and I saw how other hotels do not take care of their shore. This resort has plenty of beach sun beds so compared to other resorts, there is no need to rush in the morning to get one. It’s located near the pier so it’s hassle free on arrival and leaving the island. On check out day we waited in the restaurant until we saw the ferry coming so we walked to the pier while people were waiting in line for a long time in the sun.

Gorgeous hotel, beautiful huge swim up room, very efficient aircon, stunning surroundings, pure emir sandy beach, sitting on one of the best beaches on the island, hammocks, sunbeds, lots of seating, massage on the beach, friendly charming staff, bar service on the beach, great food, first class pools, huge gym, small taxi boat affiliated with the hotel, bars and restaurants three minute walk, so glad we ignored some of the reviews on here that were completely unjust

I wouldn’t say a 4star with the service side of things, but location on the beautiful beach yes, it’s pretty much a self service style accommodation. I would say you would feel a little more looked after if they offered to take drinks orders while you were relaxing.

The Hotel would require some renovations particularly the bathrooms. It is relatively expensive - but everything is on a smaller Island. It seems that the owners only care about the beach surrounding the resort. If you move a couple 100m away the beaches can be dirty. Sometimes there are plastic Bags in the water. Beides that the water is clean.

Location on the beach is very nice. The breakfast is good. The shakes to order are great. It is a good Option if you don't want to spend crazy Money.

No telephone in the room , no room service , the breakfast is poor , very little choice of fruits and dishes , the prices are very high for such quality . staff is not professional enough, they added bills of other people to our bill , we had to seat and count everything .

Weak coffee at breakfast and having our room cleaned at 4:30 in the afternoon

We stayed for a week and relaxed. The resort is well kept the beach is cleaned every morning. The rooms are a good size with a large bathroom. Overall the resort is showing some signs of aging. There were tiles broken or missing around the pool and the pool itself needs cleaning, some of the beach loungers were broken, just little things like that. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a good selection but the coffee was weak maybe this was to encourage you to buy from the bar?

The bar staff never ventured onto the beach to ask if you wanted a drink or something to eat. You had to go to bar and order and they would bring out to you. Air conditioning struggled to get room cool in the evening. Beware cashew fruit falling from the trees. Staff try to bring the fruit down before it falls.
