Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Could improve food choices.
Exellect service, the staff were very accomodating of all our requests. kids loved playing in the private pool. The free tuk tuk service to pub street is available which is great. The location may seem bit far from.city centre, but its right opp. Phare, the cambodian circus which is must see show in siem reap after exploring the temple town.

I think her name was Mithnia (sorry about the spelling). She was extremely helpful, going above and beyond. Packed a breakfast pack for me the day i left as i was leaving early. Arranged tuktuks and bus tickets etc. She's a great asset to Angkor Heart. All the other staff were always friendly and attentive. Small things like free tuktuk into pub street after 5pm and afternoon snacks made this a great place to stay and less than 10 minutes to pub street.

United States of AmericaThe driveway is still under construction and lacks curb appeal. It’s across the street from Phare Circus, andc the music and crowd noise goes until about ten each night.
We chose a private bungalow (deluxe triple bungalow with private pool) and this was our little slice of heaven during our stay in Siem Reap. The Private bungalows are technically a separate property adjacent to the main resort, the bungalows are somewhat rustic (think cabin on stilts) but charming and quiet. And very clean. The resort is just about 1km outside the center of activity Siem Reap, but feels like a remote hideaway. Just a 5-10 minute TukTuk ride to Pub Street. Staff were super attentive to our needs, and the onsite kitchen provided some delicious meals, served on our private porch overlooking lush vegetation.

CanadaThe staff are lovely and helped us book everything. They have tuktuks that will take you out in the evening as it’s about 2 km from the inner city. The location is next to a busy road so we rated that lower but honestly we had such a great time in the pool we didn’t even notice the traffic sounds! The property is full of fruit trees and 2 pools with lots of chairs. They went out of their way to make us welcome; fresh pool towels, breakfast on our balcony, cold drinks and cookies after a day of touring. Would stay here 100%!

VietnamThe only thing they can make better is use the big water refill jugs rather give us lots of little plastic bottles. Less plastic for our plastic-filled world.
We had a wonderful 5 nights at Angkor Heart. The staff were the so helpful and we felt like kings with all the effort they put into making our stay comfortable. The resort is a 5 min tuk tuk ride to the town centre. It is across the road from the Siem Reap cultural circus. They helped us organise a tour of Angkor Wat for sunrise. Their tuk tuk drivers were amazing and made the whole experience magical. You can also visit butterfly paradise and the wakeboard park which are around 10 mins away. It was such a great place to stay with our family and friends! I would recommend this accomodation to everyone coming to Siem Reap.

LithuaniaWe stayed for four nights and we loved quietness, nice environment, private pool and very helpful staff of this hotel. We also used additional services - three days Angkor Wat tour with hotels driver (best wishes to Bu Na!) and foot massage. Transport from bungalows to the Pub Street with tuk tuk starting 5pm is free of charge (3-5 min drive). Way from the city costs 2 USD.

AustraliaI loved everything, I have nothing to improve. It was 4km from the town centre, which I would have happily walked if it wasn't so hot, instead I enjoyed grabbing a tuk tuk whenever I wanted to go in. They also provided a free tuk tuk after 5 pm to Pub Street, which was very generous.
From the moment I arrived, I couldn't have felt more welcome and taken care of. Every time I swam, a clean towel appeared, after returning from a day out, refreshments arrived. When I needed information about any of the attractions in town or a tuk tuk, nothing was too much trouble. The room was beautiful, as were the green gardens full of mango trees and two pools. I enjoyed eating on my table on my balcony whenever I ordered food from the kitchen. The food itself was some of the best I tasted and a great introduction to Khmer/Cambodian food. The staff were so incredibly kind, I felt sad to leave. I highly recommend this place and would stay again if I was to return.

United KingdomVisited Cambodia for the first time with my family. The bungalow was comfy, private pool was great and clean, staff are very attentive and friendly. Cambodians in general are very warm and friendly and we felt that during our stay. They exceeded all our expectations! We even had the massage in our room which was good. Food was served timely and was good. They also made sure our transport had been sorted on arrival and departure and they would sort out the Tuktuks for us which was affordable as the location is not too far from central. It was very peaceful staying here and wish we could stay longer. We very much enjoyed the private pool. Minea was the main person at the hotel helping us out and attended to our every need. Keep it up!

MalaysiaIt is not right in the center of things but we were happy with that because we wanted somewhere we could relax away from the noise of public street.
The best service we’ve had in a really long time. The staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay the best it could possibly be. So many little touches like offering a free shuttle into town, free collection from the airport, plates of fruit by the pool and chilled towels all made our stay extra special. We really can’t recommend this place enough, the perfect base to explore Siem Reap from.

SwitzerlandThe staff was exceptionally professional, attentive and helpful, supporting us with arranging trips (ask for Mr. Crab) to the temples, but also with arranging other activities and even with the booking of a hotel in the south of cambodia. The prices we were given for the tours were at great value for price. The rooms are good and very clean. Breakfast on the terrace was nice an peaceful. The pool is surrounded by trees so there is always an area that is in the shade. We can highly recommend this hotel.

United KingdomNothing, it was a lovely stay - wasn’t keen on the snake passing through though without being warned there could be snakes but it didn’t bother us.
On arrival we were greeted by Nana, he made our stay most enjoyable. The bungalow was very spacious, clean and tidy with all amenities we needed. The balcony overlooking the swimming pool was lovely and we were brought our meals there, the table was laid. It was lovely and a good location for the bars and pub street.
