All was excellent

Excellent services from all staff in the hotel; breakfast was excellent with a good choice; we feel very secure; the hotel assisted with helping organize tours, which was excellent. The cleanliness of the room was daily, and it was perfect. We felt like we are at home.

Not the hotel's fault, but it was 38 degrees every day. The air conditioning struggled to cope. I am sure it would be more comfortable at most other times of the year. Staff where there within 2 minutes to help out with the air con when I mentioned it!.

We loved it here. The room and surrounds are immaculate and tastefully decorated. Great bed. The staff were absolutely beautiful. It is a smallish property, and this added a personal touch to our stay. The staff knew exactly what we were doing: our drink order, when our drivers and tours were booked, when we needed breakfast etc. Even though you have the benefit of that personal touch, the property is still big enough to have a great size pool, a spa and restaurant facilities. These were excellent and great value. It was a great location, walking distance to some lovely cafes and the river. If its too hot to walk to places further afield like Pub St, it is an easy tuk tuk ride and that is fun anyway. Tours organised were great and customised to our needs. I loved how all the staff came out at the end for a photo with us and they sent this through later.

Everything exceeded our expectations

The staff were exceptional and even surprised us by decorating our room for my husbands birthday. The whole team sang him happy birthday and gave him a wonderful cake made of fruit.

Some slackness in room cleaning for example fruit left in the room a day long. Suggest they add ice buckets to the room as it was very hot. However , could collect ice from restaurant easily

A scented green space in a quieter environment. Large room with bath, separate shower and balcony. Excellent small restaurant. Large number of attentive and cheerful staff. Altogether an excellent small boutique hotel

A charming intimate hotel about 10 mins walk away from the river and the main nightlife area. The room was lovely. Excellent shower. The pool was a decent size for swimming. We had dinner there one night and the food was excellent. More than everything else, the staff were exceptional. They were so nice and would do anything for you.

We felt very welcomed at this hotel, the staff were amazing. We loved the cold towels and drink every time we came back to the hotel. They also arranged a private tour for us to Angkor Wat with a brilliant guide and driver. This was so much better than being on a group tour. We would happily stay again.

This was a superb hotel. Only 12 rooms built around the swimming pool. The staff couldn't have been more helpful they even decorated our room for my husbands birthday. They really give a personal touch.

A bit far to walk from the area where restaurants are concentrated. Not a problem if you choose tranquility.

It features quiet sophistication, friendly staff, good food, massages and a pool. I would like to visit again, the unforgettable hotel and the smiles of the staff. I was very satisfied with the sincerity and ideas for my requests!

Staff was phenomenal. Welcomed with a drink and delicious nuts. Room was clean and comfortable. Grounds are lovely. Location was close to a few sites. Food in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast had many options and they were very good. We also ate dinner there almost every night and it was reasonably priced and tasty. Better than some of the restaurants we ate at in town. After every excursion we were greeted with cold towels and a cold drink. Also able to get a great message.

Delightful hotel in a quiet part of Siem Reap with good restaurants within walking distance. Staff all very helpful, breakfast & food delicious and the pool was bliss after visiting Angkor Wat in the heat.

At times of full occupancy, could be a little hard to get a pool lounge, but did manage most days.

A smaller hotel away from the hustle and bustle, but within a 10-15 walk to Pub Street. Very attentive staff, lovely pool and fabulous restaurant food with reasonable prices.

It was like a second home abroad and to rate it 10 is really not enough!It is very beautiful place with very beautiful people working there!You feel every time theirs focusing on Your needs!We spent here amazing time and since morning till late night someone took care about us!The food in restaurant was so tasty and exceptional,so we will miss this hotel very much!We are so grateful for Your kindness and support!We hope to visit The Bliss Angkor Hotel again!
