However, we believe the resort should offer a complimentary drop-off service to Longset Pier. Providing this service free of charge would greatly enhance the guest experience and could potentially increase sales. Overall, we had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay! The pool was delightful, breakfast was delicious, and the shower room was clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the internet connection was reliable and fast. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place and the staff were amazing - so friendly and attentive. Sunset from the pool was unbelievable and an absolute must! Loved the breakfast, got to eat it with an unreal view of the beach! Spacious room with an amazing shower and surprisingly didn’t have much hassle with mosquitos at all! About a 10 minute walk along the beach to the nearest shops and restaurants which we just loved, such an incredible place.

Very nice resort at the end of a beautiful beach. The rooms we booked had very comfortable beds and great bathrooms. The pool and bar look over the beach and out to the islands. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

To explore the island you need to rent a scooter. The hotel charges more in comparison to renting one directly from the town. Driving is easy on the island, so higly recommended to rent a scooter.

It is not the hotel's fault- just something to be aware of- the pier near this hotel (Hill Beach Pier) is small, and in most cases, only small ferries are sent there. Getting in and out of the ferry could be very difficult, especially when the sea is not calm.

Nice place, all green and great value for money. Beautiful view from the breakfast place. The hotel staff was extremely helpful when we needed to purchase new boat tickets upon our departure.

The breakfast buffet was not the greatest, but not the worst. The beds were very hard, did not make for very good night sleep. Even with the cons I would stay here again.

Loved the location of the resort, just a few steps and you're at the ocean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The beach and grounds were cleaned daily.

There were some bigger groups at the resort. One seemed to be a wedding with their own music blasting at the beach or the restaurant. It didn't really bother us but they automatically took up bigger parts of the common areas and get more staff attention. Just something to consider.

It's a big resort with its own peer. It's one of the cheaper resort options (which is still not cheap for Asia) and that's what you get. It seems like, it has been one of the first resorts in the island and has seen its best days and would need some renovation. The area and the beach are quite nice and could easily come back to its (probably) former glory. Breakfast buffet is ok. Staff is friendly but seems a bit unmotivated. English is not always the best, but a few speak good English. They do organize trips etc if you ask but again motivation lacks a bit compared to other hotels.

Bit of a trek from the pier where the speed boat picks up and no atm but that's just nit picking.

Nothing not to like but to improve a drinks service would be nice as you dont want to walk all the way inside when youre on the beach and the pool bar isnt available all day. The food is ok but if it was great we would have definately stayed where we were every night rather than Take our money elsewhere. It doesnt affect the stay at all.I would still choose this place if i returned.Its lovely

This is a perfect location on Koh Rong Peaceful and calm yet you can walk along to visit busier areas if you wish The pool is great with amazing views The rooms are spacious and we really enjoyed our stay We walked from here to koh toch and we know we booked the best place with the perfect location for peace and quiet.

One of the staff broke into my locked backpack and replaced 2x $50 bills with fake bills. In the evening there is occasional loud music from parties on the other side of the bay. It is essential to have earplugs with you. The roads to the beaches are in bad condition.

There were so many mosquitos because of stagnant water in the hotel. It was hard to find staff to help us at times. The food in the restaurant was very average.

The beach beside the hotel was amazing, perfect sand and sea, secluded, divine.

The thump, thumping of loud base from loud music at another resort down the beach that started around 9pm. Bring earplugs! The shower was luke warm at best, but not a huge problem as the weather was hot. Some restaurants along beach served store bought and reheated food - not fresh. Beware!

On a beautiful beach within walking distance from some more restaurants and a mini supermarket for water, etc The resort is in a lovely setting and the staff are so accommodating. Great that it has its own pier but make sure to get on the right ferry that stops at Barcas Pier.... then only a short walk to your accommodation. Also they supply beach/pool towels.

Good but rusty facilities. They need to invest in maintenance, food is highly overpriced, stuff is generally nice but not all of them were responsive. Very basic breakfast. During the night music from parties nearby was annoying

The paint work in our room was a bit hit and miss and in some places it was a bit scruffy, it didn't bother me personally as I had everything I needed and I hadn't travelled half way around the world for fancy decor but it might effect the first the impression of others.

The staff were a delight and the food excellent. There were enough vegetarian options to keep us happy for 7 days. The staff managed to keep the atmosphere lovely and relaxed while being on hand and very helpful. The rooms were cool which was much appreciated after a hot day. Considering this hotel is on an island and access to many items is probably tricky they still managed to provide a wonderful service.

The room was a little tired and in need of a little touching up here and there. The food was rather expensive compared to other places on the island but overall would stay again.

Amazing location! The white sand beach was perfect and always very quiet. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the food in the hotel was very good. The pool was great and the room was spacious and despite getting Sandy was always spotless when cleaned!

The only concern is that the general upkeep of buildings and rooms could benefit from more regular maintenance. For example, the air conditioning filter and remote batteries should be refreshed periodically. Pricing seemed a bit high considering the accommodation's quality and location. Some noise from the partying Mad Monkey resort down the beach til 2 am

We had a delightful two-night stay. The bungalow, beach, and pool area were well-maintained. Daily cleaning service available on request. Upon arrival, there were a couple of minor maintenance issues, promptly resolved. The place is charming, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. They assisted us with our onward transit. The complimentary buffet breakfast offered Thai and Western options, including a delicious Thai soup. As we needed early morning checkout to catch a transit, they kindly prepared a simple breakfast of bread and fruit with jam and butter, which greatly helped on our journey. Well equipped room with hanging space and shelving, a safe. Fresh pool towels and a minibar fridge were available. The location, at the end of the bay, is convenient with a 10-minute walk to the main pier for shops, restaurants, and a small medical clinic. WiFi worked well.

The room was a good size and clean. The beach was clean and quiet. Staff were excellent and breakfast was good. The bar and restaurant were a bit over priced by other bars and restaurants were a short walk along tye beach.
