We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Lovely spacious room with such helpful staff !! There is also a great restraunt outside it ( not sure if it’s connected ) location is amaizng super close from the port !!

United KingdomWe stayed 5 nights and had no towel change/toilet room etc given. We were advised we could have a late check out at 11:30 but staff came knocking on the room at 10:50 telling us we had to check out now. (I’d advice a water filter and water is very discoloured and looks yellow/orange; this is probably the same all over the island)
Good location, close to the centre, food at the bar attached has great food and the staff were pleasant. Facilities are basic and an extra charge for air conditioning and hot water, you aren’t told about the lack of hot water until after booking, but for the price of the stay you get what you pay for. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious.

United KingdomI didn’t like how you got woken up my animals very early but that cannot be helped. I loved the staff however the room wasn’t the best. It looked clean and tidy however the door had a gap in the bottom so I think bugs got through easily. Also, I woke up with about 100 bites every day no exaggeration, it’s that bad I’ve had to get medication for it and I was using mosquito spray. So I’m unsure how I got them as I’ve never been affected before. I assume it’s something to do with the bed because I can’t think how it would happen that bad. Also, the aircon was leaking all over the bed
