The only complaint is that the air-con in the room seems to be quite weak but perhaps due to the really hot weather at that time. It was 40 degrees during the day. Air-con in Siem Reap seems to be weak in general, regardless of restaurant, spa or hotel.

Fantastic staff, especially Romeo, David, Jenny, Thoerum Kry (hope I spelled correctly). They are always willing to go the extra mile on any of our requests. It was amazing that they could remember our names. All the staff, from reception to housekeeping, greet guests with big smiles. Whenever we returned from all the walking in the hot sun, the staff at the reception came out immediately to pass us cold towels and cold water. On the day that we left early to watch sunrise, the hotel packed breakfast boxes for us. The room is spacious and comfortable. This is the first hotel that I slept through the night even on the very first night. The pool is not big but good enough to chill out after all the walking. We had dinner by the pool-side with traditional dance performance. It was a great experience and I would recommend that. And the location of the hotel is perfect too. It's in a quiet neighbourhood but close enough to Pub Street (10-15 mins walk). We walked back to the hotel every night from the city centre.

All of the staff were amazing however Kak Seanghau deserves special praise. From my arrival to my departure she made me feel as if I was very special and my experiences matched. Food was amazing, ambiance etc but it was the whole vibe of every single staff member that made my stay so enjoyable. Nothing was a bother, everyone just wanted me to have the best stay, time, service etc. Wonderfully it was done in such a natural way none of it felt contrived and for me that was amazing. Seriously there is nothing I can fault. Lastly a big thanks to my guide Vichai & tuktuk driver Mr Moun. My 2 days exploring the temples exceeded all expectations.

Nothing at all. Absolutely perfect!

We had the most incredible time at this beautiful hotel. The staff were so friendly and kind. We were upgraded and loved the complimentary treats. The room was absolutely beautiful and suited 3 friends perfectly. The swim up bar was wonderful with happy hour. Breakfast was delicious and the staff so attentive making sure they know what coffee you like. You can order lattes, hot chocolate etc. The cultural evening was very good too. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

Nothing, It’s perfect !

Amazing hotel with exceptionally high standards. Rooms are beautiful, excellent air-con, comfy beds and great facilities. The most impressive thing about this hotel though is the staff. They are desperate to make your stay a good one. They learn your names and remember your favourites. The breakfast is excellent, poolside cocktails are a treat. This hotel makes me want to come back to Cambodia!

Couple of short power cuts but I’m really nit picking!

Property, rooms, staff and facilities are fantastic. I had a tropical virus and ended up having to stay for 9 days! The staff looked after me so well. Gym is great, food is great, very relaxing. The bathrooms are to die for.

Everything - Especially the staff Yes our room was lovely, comfortable & spacious. The pool area as well. Breakfast in the dining area was excellent. But it is the staff which makes the ‘Khmer Mansion Residence’ experience truly special. From the moment you arrive you are met by the manager Sam and his staff. They all introduce themselves, and from that moment until the rest of your stay, you are treated like royalty. Everyone knows your name and seems to know your plans for the day. You are met outside the front door with a cold compress and a glass of ice water as you return from a day of touring in the heat. You are constantly greeted by everyone with a smile and an offer to help in any way to make your stay in Siem Reap as perfect as possible. Our special thanks to Sam, to Peter & Romeo, to September & Luna, and to David at the pool bar. There are others whose names I don’t remember. Whether arranging a tour or calling tuk tuks for us, the staff always acted professionally. At ‘Khmer Mansion Residence’ you are not only a guest, you are treated like family and made to feel special. In the 5 days we were in Siem Reap, we toured extensively and saw everything we wanted to see. We do not need to return to Siem Reap to tour again. However we wouldn’t mind returning to Siem Reap just to be able to stay again at ‘Khmer Mansion Residence’.

It is bit of a longer walk to downtown but tuk tuks are only $1 so it's nice to be in a quiet area.

Room next to pool was comfortable and convenient. Shower was huge! Bed was comfy and huge! AC works very well. Staff here is really amazing! They know every guests name and speak to you by name at each visit . They also introduce themselves which is very nice and helpful. They will go the extra mile to help you any time. Breakfast was yummy! Had 3 massages which awesome were very affordable! We enjoyed dinner a couple of nights at the hotel also. And the dance show was really nice poolside. The Pool is really pretty and happy hour is great! 2 for 1 drinks and the most delicious peanuts ever!

Everything was fantastic.

Everything. We have been pampered for 4 days! The staff has been beyond attentive and accommodating throughout our stay -from providing gluten and lactose free options (including bread!) for every meal, to arranging trips, sending postcards and being just the nicest 24/7. I cannot recommend this accommodation enough. And a bonus- it absolutely does not break the bank!

Not a thing to complain about

This hotel is very well run by professional management with staff who have had excellent training and guidance It seems to be a homogeneous team of people, who all know their job and do it competently and show a genuine interest in customer satisfaction The hotel is not new but has been very well maintained and presented with big spacious rooms It is a little bit out of the way, which in my opinion is a good thing, for a quieter neighbourhood, but still a comfortable walk to Pub Street and all it has to offer. The chef and crew deserves real praise for the quality of food and service, especially for the banquet served at the Traditional Performance Dinner A huge thank you to Luna, September, William and all the smiling staff who made my stay so memorable. Boutique style hotel, very clean, great breakfast, pool with happy hour cocktails bar & very nice espresso :) The staff is just awesome, they try really hard and it is truly appreciated :) Being bit off the centre, but only 2 usd tuk-tuk ride... always ready at the front gate of hotel. Upon arrival, the welcome is as it should be, including very comprehensive information. I have stayed here for the second time (2019) and they keep the same quality of service. Recommended !

No shops or restaurant on the street the hotel is located on, you would need to walk about 300 m to the closest mini mart/atm/restaurants.

From check in to check out, the staff are INCREDIBLY kind and friendly. They all made an effort to remember all our names and continue to give us refreshments whenever we were in the lobby or by the pool. The rooms were great, very clean and smelt so good (lemon grass kind of smell). Breakfast was 10/10 and they even made us Lattes & Cappuccinos (included in breakfast). Probably one of the nicest staff I’ve ever come across. The hotel itself design wise & decor is very beautiful.

This is one of the best places we have ever stayed, and we have travelled a lot! The staff were amazing; the rooms spacious with a lot of special touches; extensive breakfast choices; the foyer, pool and grounds had such a beautiful ambience.
