MalaysiaThe shower cubicle is a somewhat open area and the water spills over everywhere making the floor very wet whenever you shower.
Staff were wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. Also liked the fact that it's a small boutique hotel, hence it's quiet, personalised and more warm. We chose a package with daily massage, such a nice touch to end each day. The spa ladies were fantastic. Free laundry was also provided which was good so that you can pack light and get the sweaty clothes laundered.

ChileBathrooms in the 1st floor are outside and feel like they are shared because there is just a little separation between one to another, and the location isn't bad, but it isn't walking distance to downtown (although with the heat is better to take a tuc tuc.
from the airport pickup we had a very nice experience. Staff is amazing, the pool and the rooms were beautiful and clean.

JapanTook the spa package, 1 free 90 minute massage included daily but it seemed like quite a few guests booked that too with the result being an overbooked spa, so we missed 1 massage (although the reception staff told us we could just notify the spa 1 hour in advance). Anyway small operational detail in a thoroughly enjoyable place.
The staff were super friendly. Biggest pool ever, great for swimming laps. Overall super quiet. Amazing, relaxed ambience. Pleasant garden, excellent to relax after a long, exhausting day walking around. Good breakfast. Will definitely be back.

The hotel staff were very friendly, and helped us with everything. Hotel helped us with booking of the two day Ankor Wat tour with tuktuk with fantastic driver mr. Rorth and amazing english guide mr. Kai. Mr. Rorth and Mr. Kai took us to not only temples, but also try local food and fruits. Cold towels and water provided was a bliss. Hotel room was very spacious, with balcony overlooking the pool, clean room, comfy beds, fresh fruit every day. Laundry was included into price, which was definitely a great perk to have. Hotel restaurant offered variety of choices for breakfast, including specials as well as local cuisine. Lunch/dinner menu included mix of local and western dishes, but we ate only local, and it was better tasting food than in the best restaurant in town. So we ended up going for dinner only at hotel itself. We also went to the spa multiple times, and the masseuse were very skilled and helped to relax the very tense muscles post all the walking we have done around the temples during the day. So all in all, amazing hotel and great quality/price ratio.

Very good breakfast-especially the fresh juices and fruit. Egg station good and excellent coffee Staff are amazing from the moment you arrive until departure.Mr Ding the manager is an angel. The massages at the Spa were amongst the best i have ever had and very reasonably priced at around $25 per hour I would recommend booking the Tuk Tuk for temple excursions at the hotel. Mr Trouy the Tuk Tuk driver is very friendly and funny.

Transportations are also very nice and convenient, because we could use roundtrip shuttle between airport and they took us any places by tuktuk. All drivers are very warm persons. Our 3 years old son didn't want to leave!!! He enjoyed the hot days around the pool and how all the staff was soooo kind to him. My wife loved the daily massage. Thanks to David and all his staff, we definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone spending some days in Siem Reap

The service is really exceptional. The staff went out of their way to make sure our requests were catered for. Can’t fault the service and the staff at all. The spa was great as well. The bed is very comfortable.

We usually stay at 5 starts hotels during our vacations and do a thorough research before booking something so basically I am saying that we are picky especially we travel with two small kids :) I would like to say that this is probably one of the best hotels we stayed at with the best services and staff. We had free pick up and drop off from the airport in a nice modern van/ SUV-at return, the driver gave us wet towels to refresh and cold coconut water in the car. We had a complimentary bottle of red wine in the room, sodas, water and fruits. We were offered free laundry every day and it was very useful since it is so hot outside and we needed to change many times. I was offered a random cocktail and a cold dessert when I went swimming in their amazing pool. The highlight of our stay it was the complimentary message for two. Amazing hotel and services!!! We also had complimentary free tuk tuk drive to the city. It was just perfect! We would definitely return to the same place! I highly recommend it! Best value for money!
