The staff was super helpful with all our requests. The room was clean and the location was great. They helped us book some of our excursions which were all amazing. Our guide for Angkor, Som, was the best; very prepared and informative. I would recommend asking for him.

At the end of my stay felt like I was leaving somewhere that had become my home.

This was such an amazing find. The hotel really was 5 star quality with such great staff, excellent pool and spa, giant rooms that were cleaned every day. Felt so comfortable here and extended my stay by 5 days due to visa issues. Mon and her staff were really accommodating and I was grateful to be spending more time at the lovely golden temple villa. Highly recommend! Could really take up a digital nomad lifestyle living out of this hotel.

I didn't like the upbeat music during the happy hour. It was ruining the whole mood.

The hotel was beautiful and green and calm (most of the day). The room was huge, nicely decorated and quite clean. I loved that for breakfast, there were many local cuisine choices. All staff was very kind and helpful. I still miss the banana chips they were putting in my room every day.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpful, the location was great, and the food was delicious. The pool was peaceful and relaxing. The room was extremely spacious and kept super clean. I will be staying here anytime I go to Siem Reap.

I stayed 5 nights in the golden temple villa. The room was nice and big with everything you need. The staff is very kind, smiling and very helpful. The restaurant is good with many khmer dishes (and also pizza). The breakfast is excellent. The swimming pool is very nice and pleasant when it is hot. The massage service is good price and very relaxing. Everything was perfect. I recommend !

Amazing hotel very close to main pub street but in the quiet street. The staff went an extra mile to make our stay unforgetable since the first second we arrived. Comfortable beds, amazing pool, complementary drinks upon arrival and even were surprised at the pool. Also if you have no tours or plans the guyfrom reception Ren will go beyond to help you with everything.

It was perfect.

Hotel is stylish, comfortable, away from noisy crowds, yet close to Pub St. etc. All staff were friendly and helpful. Thea at reception arranged everything we needed from Temple tours to spa treatments to taxi transfer to Phnom Penh. All services were superb. Would stay in this hotel again. We highly recommend it for a perfect visit in Siem Reap.

The aircon was quite old and we found that it was not very powerful. After telling the staff they adjusted the settings and it worked a bit better, cooled the room sufficiently. The pool are is nice BUT unfortunately people with extremely loud kids can be very inconsiderate and disturb the atmosphere.. too bad. We enjoyed some snacks and cocktails by the pool, the cocktails are great but the snacks were just awful unfortunately. Fries were completely undercooked and greasy, springrolls with pork just smelled off and gross. Also we found that the staff was just too intrusive. Constantly standing at the reception with a large group, all greeting you and wishing you a great day. It just felt very made up and insincere. We even got a whatsapp message just after we checked out to push us to leave a positive review on booking and Tripadvisor. I just really don’t appreciate staff being so intrusive and pushy.

We had a very comfortable say at Golden Temple Villa. The rooms are nice, we got a free upgrade which we really appreciated. The bed and linen and pillows are very comfortable. Room is equipped with a fridge, coffee/tea/water, roomservice and a smart tv with netflix. Nice touch that they do a turndown service. We didn’t have breakfast so can not say anything about that.

Richard and his team are amazing, they are friendly, and really look after you in every way. The rooms and all communal areas are spotless. The pool is very inviting and well looked after. Location excellent. Short walk into town, or plentyful tuktuk.

The staff couldn't do more for you. They were so friendly and accommodating, letting us check in early and giving us recommendations. I thought it was odd they told you when sunrise and sunset were every day, but it's actually really helpful planning a trip to Angkor Wat to watch it. The room was big, shower was stunning and bed was comfy (even ask if you want a softer mattress or pillow). Location was great, about a 10-12 minute walk from the markets/beer street, but the road had lots of really good restaurants with very cheap but tasty food/breakfast/beer! The pool was beautiful and food we ordered during the day was fabulous!

What a wonderful Hotel!!! My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights and had an amazing time. Cannot fault anything about it. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, not just the customer service team but the restaurant staff, cleaners, and porters. I want to specifically mention Mr Ren, thank you for making our stay great. The team could not do enough for you. Incredible service. The rooms were beautifully clean with the most comfortable bed I have had in a hotel for a while. The hotel itself and room was gorgeous. Location was perfect. Walking distance to pub street but in a quiet area itself. All in all, highly highly recommend for anyone travelling to Siem Reap Thank you to the Golden Temple Villa team for such a memorable stay!

I loved everything. So excellent service and nice clean room. Everything was perfect. A/c and shower super. So clean room. It was amazing step in to room, whitch scented and there was lotos flower on the bed. I m wordless. I rate Golden Lotos Villa 10 + Hotel is even better as in pictures.

Bar on site provided whatever drinks we wanted, but somewhere comfortable to sit in the evening would mean we would have used it more, rather than going out.

The Room was large and airy and both ac and wi-fi were very good. All The staff were wonderful and friendly, but a special mention to Thea (on reception) who helped with all our queries, questions and requests with a huge smile.
