Great location, a quiet gem of a hotel close to the city centre (15 min walk or 4 min tuk tuk) with unique and authentic Khmer style decor with modern mix. Welcoming and kind staff with excellent service. Convenient hotel transportation from the new airport (one hour away from city). Spacious room with walk out to awesome tree covered pool (great for length swims). Breakfast choices plentiful and delicious. Enjoyed a fantastic authentic Khmer dinner during our stay.

Staff at golden temple were absolutely amazing and looked after us our whole trip. They organised our transport to the airport, a nice Cambodian lunch after our Angkor Wat tour, and my partner enjoyed the massage at the hotel too. The pool is lovely and happy hour drinks are available each day. Beds are comfortable and rooms are big too. Would recommend.

The only minor thing I can add is that the dining room was open and not air conditioned. There were plenty of fans but we stayed there during an excessive heat wave with daily temperatures in the high 30s centigrade which meant some discomfort in the heat.

Great position a short walk to the town centre; lovely pool; great, spacious, well equipped and trendy room; absolutely wonderful, helpful and charming staff; excellent buffet breakfasts.

Quiet location. Restaurants and Pub Street are a short tuk tuk ride away. Packed breakfast box when you visit Angkor Wat for sunrise is a nice touch. Staff are warm and friendly. Room is large and comfortable.

I've stayed in dozens of hotels. This is the best place I have stayed in. In one word, perfect.1. You can take the Angkor Wat tour from the hotel. 2. area is very close to pub street and night market. 3. area is very safe. 4. hotel staff are the best you can see. 5. you will be taken to a restaurant for lunch at the hotel with VIP service and get ready for wonderful moments. 6. The room has everything for your comfort. Its size, shower quality, laundry service, Netflix and YouTube on TV, fruit service, welcome drink, cold towels are excellent with everything you can think of. I could write an epic about this experience and the amazing hotel staff. I highly recommend it and will come again and again

It was such a great pleasure and experience to stay in this Hotel. We were blessed to have met and served by Ms March who provided us the principles of good customer service. Listening, understanding your customer's needs, thanking the customer and promoting a positive, helpful and friendly environment definitely gave us a good 5 star impression of this hotel which will make us come back here again. Besides from that 5 star service that Ms March delivered to us, we didnt need to go far to have the best Cambodia food for lunch and dinner and also the best breakfast in town..we visited and traveled in different countries and with our biggest surprise we have tasted and the best food in this hotel ..our experience here is flawless ...from the front door and doorman service you will be greeted with smile and such a positive vibe that close to welcoming you from your home...this is something that we missed and will definitely make us come back again...thanks Ms March and team for making our stay Easy and memorable and for making us feel at home ..will see you guys again thats for sure

This has to be one the nicest places in Siem Reap. The staff are amazing, the room was perfect. The pool is great. The food is delicious. The spa is fantastic. We stayed here twice in the space of a few weeks as we wanted to be in the centre of town for the River Festival and then for Khmer New Year. We had a rental place outside of the centre, but did not want the hassle of getting there and back during those very busy periods. Can't wait to go back.

Everything was excellent.

Really felt welcomed by a drink and snacks in reception and fruit in the room after a long drive from Ayutthaya. The room was large, luxurious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and they offered a takeout breakfast for our sunrise trip to Angkor Wat. We found a brilliant pizza restaurant a three minute walk just down the lane opposite the hotel. Great WiFi!

This is a little bit of paradise in Central Siem Reap. We booked for one night to be close to the Water Festival and could not have been happier with our choice. The location was a short walk to all the festivities. The room was enormous with direct access to the pool. We had lunch in the restaurant which was delicious and the portions were generous. Breakfast the following morning was equally good. Buffet style with a lot of options as well as an egg station. The Spa was wonderful. The staff were so attentive and helpful.
