There was no lift/elevator. Not a massive problem for me, but if you have limited mobility it would be. Something worth considering when booking. Other than that, and the pool being very small, the stay was good.

The hotel staff was very accommodating. I had earlier booked a higher room via booking.com but decided to change rooms which they were willing to accommodate. The jungle room has a nice shower, and although it does not have a window, the glass overlooking the "jungle" provides enough lighting in. Location - it was about 10-15 minut walk towards the riverside and a short tuktuk ride away. Breakfast was good. Overall the stay was comfortable and Staff was nice.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was unusual with a 'garden' shower, and a skylight. Comfortable bed,, good air con and WiFi. Nice touches such as the offer of fruit. A short walk or tuc tuc to the bars and restaurants, meant it was peaceful at night. The reception, breakfast and pool area are in a lovely green setting.

Unfortunately, the tap water and therefore also the pool is very musty. I don't know if this is the case in the whole city or only in the hotel. In the family room we had an open bathroom. Unfortunately, there is no rain protection for towels or if you just want to wash your hands.

The well-equipped rooms and the water dispenser for drinking water in the corridor are nice. In addition, the staff was very friendly and helpful in organising tours.

The location is good, walking distance to the restaurant area. We enjoyed the welcoming effort on our beds as well as the modern design of our room. Breakfast was good. The water facility is one small step towards reducing plastic. The swimming pool is adequate, but there is an unpleasant swift of a smell. The staff speaks good English, is helpful and friendly. We were happy with our choice and happy to recommend.

The king room with balcony was a great size, comfortable bed, clean. The balcony was great with a view of the city. one large window face the Wat next door where you could watch the sunrise. The pool was lovely, with cool water and surrounded by plants. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom. Although the cleaning staff tried to control them by using a spray, the cockroaches came back 2 days later.

the wifi was terrible, didn’t work for our whole stay. whilst sitting by the pool we saw quiet a few rats. the bathroom seemed to have a leak when the shower was on and the both plug did not hold water in the tub

we got a free room upgrade as we were celebrating our anniversary. breakfast was very good, good choices. staff helpful with organising tours - we were there during Khmer new year staff were great with advice.

We booked two of the king rooms. One of them was exactly as pictured and felt very fancy. The other had a really weird layout - the bath was outside, the sinks were in the bedroom, the toilet and showers were separate cubicles in the room that got really hot. The air con did not work very well and we had to change rooms. However, the staff were very accommodating and we ended up loving the jungle bathroom in the new room!

All of the staff were super friendly and welcoming - they were so helpful, especially when booking transfers at a really reasonable price. Breakfast was delicious (huge portions) and refillable water was great. The location was superb, in the middle of everything but still quiet at night. Rooms were very spacious and the pool area was lovely. We had a very comfortable stay and would stay again (but this time we would choose the jungle bathroom).

The pool closed early. Our AC unit did not work very well even on the lowest setting. The room was fairly warm.

Great location in town near the durian roundabout and market. Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. One of our rooms had a large balcony which was great for eating and hanging out.

Water temperature varied from cold to scalding hot, not much in between. We couldn't use our balcony for most of the day as no shade and it was too hot (no umbrella - but other rooms had them). Placement of power outlets made working comfortably difficult.

Rooms were quite nice - comfortable and clean. Beds weren't 'plush' but better than average in comfort! Staff were excellent and love that they had refillable water point!

The WiFi does drop out every now and then (even for the staff so thats a frustration for them too), the room decor could do with an update for the price, and while the idea of a jungle shower is cool, the practicality of mosquito control is a challenge. Management could consider adding nets into these rooms.

The friendly staff were really great and assisted in transfers plus recommend areas for lunch/dinner. The overall concept of our room (jungle shower) was a nice novelty and the location was super.
