Our only criticism is the hotel location. The hotel appears to be located a bit further outside town near local houses/businesses. This meant there were occasions when we could hear music and parties from the local houses, though this is outside the control of the hotel.

The room was incredible, large room with comfortable bed and a well equipped bathroom. The private pool was an added bonus that we regularly used. The staff were excellent, friendly and very attentive, they couldn't have done more for us. We really liked the included tuk-tuk rides in/out of town at night. Special shout out to Rainee and Ella who provided a great service.

There is nothing to dislike

This hotel is stunning in every way. The welcome everytime you enter is wonderful. Huge smiles, bows and cold towels on hand. Spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. The staff are the best encountered anywhere in Cambodia. Extremely professional and equally delightful. There must be a fabulous training programme. The room was delightful, well presented with lovely crisp clean bedding. The swim up was most welcome when returning from trips, days out. The restaurant food is top notch and again beautifully presented. Price wise it compared well with resturant prices in the city. Sometimes cheaper. Again the staff here are fantastic. Always smiling and keen to please.

I have never experienced such hospitality. Every day we were greeted very well at the reception, even with refreshments. The location is great and from 6pm-11pm you even have free transport into town. The room was very clean and the pool is perfect. On the last evening we received a dinner from the hotel manager. Highly recommended, will definitely visit the hotel again!

The property seems new and the space is beautiful. The swimming pool is big and surrounded by abundant plants. The rooms are in perfect state, very spacious and pristine clean. The staff goes above and beyond to assist you with anything you need and with amazing attitude. The center is a 5min Tuk Tuk ride away from the hotel, and the property provides a free Tuk Tuk shuttle service.

One minor feedback would be they did not have any drawers to put clothes in - only a wardrobe where you can hang clothes.

Exceptional hotel - a nice distance away from Siem Reap city where it is not too far away at all. A short tuk tuk ride to town (5mins) so it was very welcome to rest away from the hubbub of city. Not too big at all - perfect size where staff know you and are very courteous. The pool was fabulous. Very modern and well thought out building.

The hotel was brilliant. The room and pool/bar area are really nicely finished. From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The attention to detail was amazing and they even invited us for a special dinner free of charge. Extra thanks to our waitress Nina and also Ben and Kane who went above and beyond to help us.

The staff were superb! The property is a tropical oasis that is tucked away outside town down a dirt road. Intimate resort. The hotel had on-demand rides to and from town for $1.

Beautiful and peaceful hotel, away from the busiest streets of the city center, which is still very conveniently reachable in less than 10 mins by tuk tuk (provided by the hotel). The pool is lovely and surrounded by greenery. The whole staff was very attentive and catered to all our needs.

Superb hotel just on the outskirts of town but with free tuk tuk drop off/collection between 6pm-11pm. The staff are wonderful. So kind, polite, helpful and they remembered our names throughout... nice touch! Room was huge with massive bathroom, best shower and bath and great AC and WiFi. 10/10! Well look forward to returning :)

Only thing that could be better was upgraded ACs and fans for the rooms.

The staff was amazing. I can't say enough good things about how helpful they were. The food was great. The pool is wonderful. High tea was a nice surprise. The shuttle driver was hilarious. All was great. If I ever happen to be in Cambodia again I wouldn't even look at other hotels. I would hands down stay here again. Did mention the staff lol.
