Accomodation needs a couple od repairs and other improve things, but for that price it was really good.

We visited during dry season meaning it was very very hot and we only had 1 fan in the room which wasn’t very powerful which made it difficult to sleep. The room really gathered the heat, it was a relief to step outside the room for some fresh air. Luckily we had our own mosquito net so we could sleep with the windows open. Evening vibes would be much nicer in the restaurant if there was some chilled music playing. I also think there could be more comfortable sun lounges as the hard wooded ones were not relaxing.

The staff were so lovely at this place which makes me want to rate it higher! Food was also really nice and the beach was just beautiful and so peaceful

Property is simple and a bit outdated but the location makes up for this. The room could be cleaner. It is about a 2km walk to Sok San Village along the beach in order to access more restaurants.

Amazing location on the most beautiful beach with clear blue water! Friendly and accommodating staff. Our door handle broke during our stay and the staff immediately replaced it. Menu is limited but food is tasty and they will try accommodate you with the ingredients they have. Shower is okay, bed is firm. Overall very relaxing.

The sea view room has no sea view, it's located about 100 meters from the beach. These rooms are also quite dirty. The whole island reeks of low effort for max value, which is a shame as there is so much potential that is being very quickly wasted by bad management of the island's nature and potential. I will not return, as there undoubtedly will be just more trash (actual as well as white) on the beaches next time, for the same money (island is quite expensive compared) there are much nicer places to visit.

The AC room was acceptable and quite clean, worth the price compared to other places on the same beach. The beach itself is beautiful and the water is clear. The staff was helpful and nice.

The reflection of simplistic holiday could be clearer - not an issue for me - but for other holiday goers good to be aware. For example, if you have an interest in good food, you will need to walk to the village , forty mins away or rent a scooter. This being said it wasnt an issue for our holiday.

The people overseeing the property are by far the winner, alongside the best part of the beach and sunsets. Def a winner from these aspects.

You can hear your next door neighbour talking like they are in your room as walls are super thin. They can hear you too obviously

Rooms could get quite hot without ac, our main light didn’t work so was quite dark, big gap under door so lizards and ants got in easy also walls were thin so people next door could be heard easy

If you want a property right by the beach then this is perfect, it had everything you need including moped rental and a small restaurant

Room walls are thin so if you get loud neighbours you can hear everything. No fridge in the room. You need motorbike if you want to eat somewhere else or go to market.

Perfect place for relaxation and chilling. Quiet and peaceful area next to best beach i've ever been to. Host was most welcoming and nice guy. Restaurant food was delicious and they had free water refill.

The bungalow was very basic, it fit with the pictures and satisfied the basic needs (bed, shower+wc, AC) but I would have wished for cleaner bathroom floor. The pricing seemed to be fair for the island but I've stayed in similar places for less elsewhere, so it could feel a bit overpriced for some. You need a taxi to get there from the main pier (ridiculously overpriced on the island) or anywhere else if you'd like to dine out elsewhere for example - not a great disadvantage in my eyes but be prepared or rent a bike of you want to explore.

What makes this place truly worth the stay is the location, it's far from the backpacker crowds, it's calm, chilled and almost deserted. The beach was fantastic, great sand and not too ruined by trash, seems that it was cleaned. Restaurant was simple and the menu rather limited but the food I had was delicious.

A beautiful beach with gorgeous sunsets, excellent swimming and snorkeling. The wonderful hotel staff were helpful and informative and the hotel food was great.

The bungalows are very basic and not brand new, there is no aircon (there is a fan instead) and no hot water (just ambient temperature, so actually it is no problem to shower). The pros of the place largely compensate the shortcomings. As an additional reflection that cannot be solved by the accommodation (they do what they can, avoiding for example use of water bottles by offering free water refill): If you walk along the beach out of the closeby area that the staff cleans, you will see a chronic problem of Cambodia: lot of waste and garbage close to the shore. It is a pity that the local authorities do not invest more on the waste cleaning and management, and also the menace of macroprojects that can ruin the place (as they did with Sihanoukville or Saracen Bay).

The location is absolutely stunning. Most probably in the best beach of Koh Rong (and Cambodia), west-oriented to see sunset from the white sand or the hammock. Crystal waters especially in the morning, with rocks full of fishes and urchins (beware not to touch them) near the beach, perfect for snorkelling. Free drinkable water refill, kayak and snorkel glasses, restaurant open all day with straight view to the sea, and attemptive staff that make your life easier. We were going to stay two nights and extended to four more. Our best choice in our Cambodia trip!

Very nice place. The room is very simple but it comes with the price. Good value. It is quite clean and has whats needed. Food is excellent. The beach is stunning. Staffs are very nice and helpful. I stayed 2 nights. I rent a bike from Khao Touch which convenient to explore the island. The roads to the hotel is easy. Very quiet.

The beach is beautiful, big, clean and quiet!! A perfect place to chill, read a book and clear your mind. It's basic but clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful!

The bathroom was not very clean… and smelt terrible. Luckily you could open windows but there were no fly nets so you would get eaten alive but there was a mosquito net over the bed. Would be better if you could have all the windows open though as it is very hot - no shade on the bungalows. The restaurant was expensive compared to others…

The bungalow is basic but the view was amazing especially at sun set also your basically on the beach. There was a hammock too.
