Internet needs to be improved. Connectivity and band with need a revamp :-)

Brilliant team, very attentative, friendly and welcoming. Best team we encountered in our first 3 weeks in Kenya. We gave the chef a challenge with 2 vegans and 2 vegetarians. And he mastered it. Asante sana Julius. Do the walking safari with Enock as well !

The wifi is very spotty. Almost non existent. If you are planning to work/do meetings, best to have a plan B.

Staff is friendly and very helpful. The room I got was good but if you want to use the bathtub, you might want to request a room with a regular size one. The one on my room was kid size. I enjoyed lunch and dinner.

An unexpected spot on a hilltop overlooking rose growing greenhouses. clean and pleasant with an exceptional staff that handled all requests seamlessly. The manager, Hassan, was a pleasure to work with.

Initially they tried to charge us for dinner, despite fact it was included in room price. Unlucky for this one, host tried to overcharge for the child, despite the fact the price included also child accommodation. Wifi was not working, but due to some works in the area.

Breakfast was very good, highly recommend

It would have been nice to hear background music while around the pool area or in the dining room. And more sun loungers than just 2. TV didn't work in room, so couldn't play radio. Too dark to play pool after 6pm

Attention to detail for our arrival, which was even better than the web pictures. All staff were friendly and helpful but also allowed space. Food was plentiful and delicious, apart from the buffet evening, which was disappointing after the other super meals.

We did not have the WiFi access, but for one night, that’s not a dealbreaker. More than one towel per guest would be a suggestion.

We traveled off-season, stayed for one night and had the entire place almost to ourselves. The staff is very polite and friendly, the food is of good quality, the rooms are very clean and well-equipped. I hardly ever had such a great water pressure in the shower. There is a beautiful view over the valley from one side and of the lake from the other.

May be update location on Google map for easier finding. A bit more variety of fruits and juice would be good but the breakfast was nice

Was sometimes difficult to get attention at Restaurant even if not busy.

What i loved most was the breathtaking scenery from som many angles. I could just sit and stare for ages. The rooms are amazing and comfortable and have a mixture of European and African furnishing. Part of my stay was with a room with a balcony which had amazing views. Breakfast was served at different places around and outside the restaurant , so got an opportunity to experience the sights from different angels. Most of the staff very attentive and helpful 👍. Chris, Maggie and Enoch were especially helpful. Definitely coming back.

The tranquility and serenity of the surroundings made it the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life.
