The food was not exceptional. Some dishes did lack the taste. Desserts were limited, I guess, because it was low season.

The layout and the landscape is mesmerizing. I loved the space management thinking that went in the design phase. The cottage houses are very lovely. All in all the whole setup has a very calming and relaxing vibe. I loved the fact that you have different facilities like restaurants caffès bars and swimming pools that don’t get congested with too many guests. Ones in there no matter how many guests are there, they are well distributed.

The location of the property is very ideal. Far enough from the rumblings of the city but on the edge of the ocean. Superb.

i did not like the people that are on the beach, i know the hotel has nothing to do with them but i would like the hotel help with food or money that they dont bother the tourist too much just right there in front of the hotel, and a man that worked in the buffet was very unfriendly with me, he worked on the grill station.

I like this hotel very much, the stuff take care of you a lot, and the prices of the spa, restaurant are sooo good, i was surprised how cheaper the stuff were, i regret to moved to another hotel after the safari, i should have come back to this hotel, the food it was also good, and the room very nice and clean, and spa amazing

Choice of food could be better. WiFi never worked and despite complaining about it no action was taken. AC in the room wasn't working as it should. Too noisy it was.

Some things seemed to need a bit more maintenance. For example, the ceiling of my bathroom had some marks of humidity.

The location, the swimming pools, having more than one option of bars and restaurants within the resort and an agency to plan excursions as well. The room was beautiful and great size for the money.

We enjoyed a stay at this charming hotel, impressed by both the facilities and service. The property features several on-site restaurants. There are two pools in different areas of the hotel, both well-maintained. The excellent staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The room balanced modern amenities with traditional charm. Set on expansive grounds next to the coast, the hotel has a beautifully maintained garden. Despite some nearby coastal areas in Mombasa being less clean, the hotel's own area was secure and well-kept, offering delightful ocean views. The hotel’s rich history is elegantly displayed through old photographs and preserved architecture, adding a deeper appreciation to our stay. Overall, we loved everything about our visit—from the stunning environment to service, all contributing to an unforgettable experience. We recommend for a serene getaway.

Some staff members weren't very helpful. I also didnt like the late responses to my messages. It took forever to get an answer from them.

I loved the seafood restaurant! Its exceptional. I think the staff has tried to help as much as they could. Some of them were more helpful than the others. The receptionist Margaret made me check out pretty late due to the rains so I just want to say thank you!
