United KingdomI guess the only bad thing I could say is that I was not able to check in earlier than the actual check in time which is normally something most 5* hotels can accommodate especially as they text me asking when am I arriving in advance. however seeing how busy they were on the morning of my arrival would justify why they couldn’t accommodate me checking in 1 hour earlier. I wasn’t too annoyed about it as the premises is so beautiful there was plenty of communal areas to relax in the meantime.

Missing attention to details, some examples: bathrobe without belt, so not useable, part of towels were not replenished by housekeeping, broken glass on the path by the bench by Coco Bar, and it was there for weeks

United Kingdomthe entertainment on the Saturday night we were there was not good. there were less guests staying and all they had on was karaoke and the buffet that night was not that good either. it seemed they intentionally lowered the entertainment due to less people
Amazing staff and beautiful grounds with tonnes of amenities. everywhere you look there’s an amazing view. right next to the beach, 5 pools, food was incredible (except once) and the staff were amazingly friendly. shout out specifically to Francis, Eric, Elisha, Mary, Dorothy and Timothy who all made our stay special.

UgandaIt took too long to check in and I had to call for an iron, shaving kit and a shampoo refill when I got to the room. The room was a bit dated and needs an upgrade. Curtain and mosquito net railings hanging and in need of replacement. The cocktail drinks aren't what they are supposed to be, not good at all and the wine selection is very poor

United KingdomOnly minor complaint would be that the drinks service at meals could have been a little more efficient - it would often take quite a while to track down a waiter to take drinks orders after being seated.
Best all inclusive option yet experienced at the Kenya coast. Buffet food quality and variety also better than other nearby hotels. The rooms and property in general are well maintained and the location is beautiful.

Austria1. The lightning in the conference room - it was rather dark than bright. 2. The security guard that was in charge of the conference room was asking for money. And got it from some of colleagues until we discovered.

United Arab EmiratesThey charge 10$ for room service. Order food or curtlery and you are charged extra 10$ for the service. I also did not like that the room was cleaned around 5pm daily and sometimes not cleaned even if we leave the "clean my room" alert on all day. The housekeeping service is really poor even though we could see them working all day...they seemed overwhelmed in my opinion.
The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety to suit different tastebuds and cultures. The entertainment team are the best and had different activities to suit both kids and adults throughout the day/night Staff are polite and super friendly 😃😃 always smiling and offering help. Much appreciation to Bob (Edgerton) from the concierge team for exceptional service and tending to our endless questions that span outside his scope😃

NetherlandsI had multiple bad experiences with staff in particular the restaurant staff. First day I arrived 10.15am for breakfast at the buffet and I wasn’t let in. No one communicated the breakfast time during check in. They assume you read their papers. The lady at the entrance was rude at me, and when I complained at the reception immediately they prepared a breakfast for me since all food is there and stored. Restaurant staff have no flexibility. They also made me wait 45 minutes for a pancake that never arrived. They forgot to communicate that it was over. I only discovered after asking 3-4 restaurant staff to follow up with the kitchen. They ignored me often. The next day I tried again to have breakfast and they didn’t let me go into the restaurant as according to them the kind of shirt I was wearing wasn’t allowed. It made no sense at all. Apparently women are allowed in with their bikini but men have to wear a proper shirt whatever that means. The prices at the restaurant are completely overpriced. The food is not tasty. I couldn’t stay more than 2 nights.
The place is beautiful, so is the property and the beach.
