We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe hotel is new so it is still evolving and improving. It still needs to get soft furnishings for the bedroom, a comfortable arm chair is needed in the bedroom, with a hospitality tray to include a kettle. We asked for one and one was provided. There needs to be a surface for luggage. Bedside table lamps would be a nice touch. There was no A/C or fan. No mosquito nets. But there was an anti mosquito device in the electric socket. During our stay there were no flies or mosquitoes which was a big plus.
It’s modern, it’s new and comfortable bed with premium bed linen. The staff were attentive and did their best. My 4x4 had been on safari and it was washed for free. The chef, met our dietary needs without any problems. The food was delicious. The hotel did not have a bar or serve alcohol. We do no drink alcohol. The bedroom was large with a large smart TV with Netflix and YouTube etc working. The hotel provided flip flop and complimentary toothbrushes with toothpaste. Secure parking, strong free WiFi.

KenyaVery clean rooms and entire hotel. Best linens and towels. Very attentive staff took care of us. Even our car was cleaned every day. Really large rooms with comfortable bed. The food was good and reception was helpful. Booking.com mentioned Kettle for tea available in the room but it is not provided. Totally our stay was very pleasant.

KenyaAs mentioned all was well apart from the front office staff, I had earlier reserved for a 2 nights but later changed to one, we agreed on with the receptionist and was asked to pay upfront to which I did, to my surprise when checking out i was asked to pay again for the second day I didn't stay reason my booking had closed into new month and thus couldn't revise the booking!! Ridiculous!!!! We had to get interventions from the manager who asked the lady to change it to one night. The receptionist had actually detained us for an hour saying there's nothing she can do apart from us paying for the empty night. We really felt frustrated. This is an awesome product and the staff should match the same.
The ambiance rooms, food, cleanliness and location was awesome , maybe a hot water room kettle could making it more comfortable
