Too many flies in the restaurant around and on the food.

For a family vacation with kids - this is a nice place to spend a few days. The kids especially loved the Waterpark.

The resort is clean and well maintained. Staff all very friendly and attentive. The adult-only pool is a gem. The food is beyond usual buffet standard.

The 2 big pools, the beach, the gardens and the great SPA, the smile and cheerfulness of the staff. A special thank to Chef Rachid who was really paying attention to all the details and making us feel welcomed! I also loved that the hotel was making early breakfast to Muslims fasting during Ramadan! Iftar buffet was also available.

Comms was poor - sent them a few messages through the app but the response would take 3 days to come back. Also, watch out for the poorly placed door stop in the bathrooms - I stubbed my toe in it twice.

Beach was nice, facilities good, staff were friendly and the spa was amazing… overlooking the Indian Ocean!

The Property is exceptional for a Family with Kids, the Kids did enjoy their stay. We shall definately go back.🤗

The AC didn’t get cold enough and it was very hot. We informed the hotel and they sent someone to fix it but it still didn’t work very well. It was also very busy over Easter and difficult to get a hold of reception.

The property was nice with all the amenities we needed. Meals were excellent and the kids absolutely loved the pool. They have a kids club as well and a lot to keep the little ones entertained. A la carte drinks and meals are also reasonably priced.

They did get our room request mixed up when we arrived, however we were told this was not their fault, but were advertised incorrectly on Booking.com. I booked 3 different rooms and one was shown as a bungalow. However the complex had no bungalows although booking.com said they did. We were put in 3 identical doubles rooms, (although all 3 were a different price which was confusing). The rooms were excellent - just that they differed from what Booking.com told us they would be and with 6 people, staying in 3 double rooms all the same - we have no idea why the cost varied. We believe this was not the hotels fault, but that of Booking.com

The food was excellent, much better than a normal inclusive holiday. The staff were very accomodating. The adults only pool was divine.

I felt that drinking water was an issue. There should be some sort of additional charges and make water free flowing.

The food was amazing. It was a great family experience. Lots to do for the kids. I would definitely recommend it for people with small kids. The staff were very accommodating. I travel quiet a bit and I place this resort in my top 5.

Not much not to like , our stay were great. Just do not try to order room service to late at night a lot of the dishes were not available late at night and you pay extra for the food to be delivered to your room. So rather go have dinner at the restaurant.

The Hotel is well maintained, and the room were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Some mornings they had Swahili ladies prepare some local dishes that tasted great. The Pools are super clean and inviting and the pool staff is great. But swimming in the ocean is not a good option but the beaches are clean.

Loved everything

The staff were really nice and friendly. I proposed to my girlfriend on this trip, and it was super special. The staff made everything special, from romantic valentine themed dinner to a swimming with fishes in the beach.

The only thing that I did not like about the property was the beach. It was very rocky and full of seaweed.

Private beach area is relatively small. No fault of the resort, but when you leave confined private beach - the locals can be rather "bothersome". I realize that everyone wants and needs to make a living.....but if you want to just go for a relaxing stroll - it's not going to happen.

What a wonderful family resort. Lots of entertainment & facilities for kids. Children's water park is awesome. Having a "silent" pool just for adults was an added bonus. Staff were exceptionally polite - go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Grounds are very well maintained. Security was good. We can highly recommend the spa to relax & unwind - therapist was very professional and well trained. Thank heavens for air conditioning in rooms - Mombasa can be pretty hot & humid. We took the dinner, bed and breakfast option - food was really good; especially if you are one for buffet!
