Lovely gardens, heated indoor pool, exceptional staff who are always willing to go the extra mile. Breakfast was wonderful, egg omelette made my way everyday, or any kind of egg really! Fruits, cakes etc plentiful. The staff were accommodating in every way possible, nothing was too much for them. Always smiling and taking care of you.

A lovely hotel in a quiet, green part of the city. Friendly and welcoming staff, amazing food, good facilities and a lovely atmosphere, and spacious rooms. A great base for exploring, would highly recommend staying here!

hair dryer was only lukewarm. Duvet is inappropriately heavy for the season - we would have preferred sheets and a blanket rather than the duvet. We took the duvet cover off in order to have a light sheet over us. Lighting is ok but most bulbs are blue light rather than warm - it would be a lot nicer with the latter.

Peaceful, green, quiet.A welcome refuge from the bustle of the CBD. Lovely gardens and veranda. Three tortoises and a nice cat belong to the hotel, and a pair of hornbills came into the garden every day. We enjoyed sipping a glass of wine in the evening on the veranda, even when it was raining - very romantic.

Everything was great. The last time I was at palacina they had a Swedish beef dish….. I was looking forward to having it again. The menu has changed. Menu is great …. But I’m still dreaming about that beef dish.

We were there to visit friends and be in this area. It was perfect for what we wanted. I’ve been to palacina before, it is a great place. We had a studio full kitchen. We do not want ac. I find if you have AC then it is very hard to go outside into the heat. Palacina also will arrange a driver and private tour to anywhere you want to go.

The hotel was hosting a large group of people, it looked like they were there to attend some sort of conference. The group were very noisy and the noise levels were unacceptable at 3.30am to 5.00am in the morning. We were unable to sleep as the rooms dont have any sound proofing.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to an amazing room and the food in the restaurant is delicious. The indoor pool was a pleasure to use and we really enjoyed the facilities. We had paid extra to keep the room for a late checkout and our flight was delayed, the hotel let us stay longer, which was really nice. Thank you for your hospitality.

It gets hot at night and don’t like using a fan which was the only one available.

It is a perfect getaway but on the city with such a calming and beautiful atmosphere to work, relax and just enjoy nature.

Very nicely appointed and comfortable hotel. Super customer service, especially from Stanley. Our one bedroom apartment was huge and was very comfortable. The indoor lap pool was amazing. We will definitely stay here again when we are next in Nairobi.
