Absence of other guests

It’s a cool place quiet in a leafy area. There were not many guest though and the pool was not working. The rooms are spacious with hot water and a working desk.

the breakfast is simple with some kind of watery milk , the area is quite and good for relaxing but a bit far from the Naivasha center

I missed water for half day and had to make do with water in a bucket on the pretext water was not pumped in the tanks coz the worker did not report on duty. It was very inconveniecing.

The noise especially early morning hours due to the close proximity to the road. Breakfast...you take what is served..i.e. no white bread..no boiled eggs just plain omelettes.

The high way traffic noise at night. The place is so nice but WORST is the leaking toilets for a facility of this kind!!!! There was no pool towel incase you go out-swiming; you cant use one towel in the room and out at the pool.

The facility is easy to locate, the compound is good wuth natural trees , having a swiming pool is aplus for me though not that big and the cottages are well set and the bed was comfortable enough.

We had a sick child with us, and asked if we could have dinner straight away. They said that we couldn't, but that it would be ready in less than an hour. In fact it was more like 90 minutes and they must have known there was no way they were going to get it ready before that.

Generally was a reasonable place at a reasonable price.

The accommodation exuded an 'end of season' feel, f.e. breakfast room quite dark and not obvious who around the grounds was reception staff, I guess that's different when there are many guests staying in season.

Nice stay in simple lodgings outside Naivasha Town. When choosing this accommodation I underestimated the distance into town and access to the lake front. But with a private car, boda boda or matatu access into town is easy. The rooms are simple but comfortable and I enjoyed the peacefulness of my stay here. Excellent value for money.

The bed was quite unstable. We were given just 1 towel. The shower water could be warmer, went with another couple who had to shower in ours coz theirs was not warm at all and ours was just lukewarm. The tea could use some more milk too

The location is really prime for other leisure activities in Naivasha. Value for money considering it's quite affordable

Breakfast was substandard and inadequate in quantity. Rooms are cold. Toilet is stained. Showers have low water pressure, showering is a hustle.

Lodge in state of decay, room window didn't close, so traffic noise from nearby highway was rather disturbing; some clean-up needed; restaurant with limited food availability; someone's motorcycle was parked in restaurant area

The hot shower was broken in my room and the toilet seat was not clean. The staff were slow to responding to guest problems. They were also impersonal and did not present a warm welcome. The rooms on the website did not match what I found on the ground. For instance, the website mentions furnished bungalows, yet the site has cottages.

The location is good, just off the main road. It was easy to get to the venue and didn't get lost. The trees and flowers added to the good environment.
