Bathroom was outmoded and birthday service was slow but still enjoyable. Monkeys were a nuisance especially around the bustani pool.

Idlers on the beach forcing people to buy their goods 😟 The activities of the day should be communicated I realized on the last day that you had activities.

The serenity,the maintenance of the facility I.e swimming pools was great. The food was great. Great hospitality especially at the reception.

Excellent location, right next to the beach which was really clean. They had sun loungers on the beach which was lovely as it meant we could stay on the beach. The hotel had several swimming pools including one which was great for training. The food was excellent, we were on bed and breakfast which was very good, and they also had tea and food at 4 included which was a really nice surprise. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The garden view room is quite small compared to the sea view, makes sense as the rate is lower but it took me by surprise how much smaller it was. However, still very comfortable and beautiful garden view.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience! They allowed me to check in early, which was so convenient. Very friendly staff. Plus, I loved that the wifi worked even on the beach! The staff surprised me with a birthday cake for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Also they had a very entertaining band on Saturday night, I danced a lot! Overall, a great stay!

the wifi was slow, the tv size is small for such an establishment. They should consider upgrading the TV size to larger screens and smart.

Availability of food. No à la carte available beyond 6pm. Had to wait till 7.30pm to have a meal, our preference was à la carte but we ended up having the buffet which we didn't want

The dinner at the main restaurant was a bit expensive. And the only other option was to have pizza. I wish there were more food option for the dinner.

The hotel is huge, with several pools and big nice garden. The room was very clean. I loved that the room services would put the net for the mosquitos every evening to make sure there is no insects or flies in the room. Overall very good service. Breakfast was good and hotel staff very helpful overall.

Unfortunately as complained by other guests before us, the hotel's entertainment is abysmal. WiFi is poor and unreliable in most areas. TVs in the rooms are small and analog with few channels that don't work most of the time (we had room changes and Tvs had the same issues). The staff tried their best to remedy but that's what the hotel offered so there's nothing they could do.

The staff were amazing and made our stay 10/10. The hotel was well staffed, there's always a staff nearby to help and they were amazingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is 10/0 with lots of options. The Pizza we ordered was tasteless and dry like a Naan.

We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and I think this it was definitely the best option. I can't imagine eating there 3 times a day, the food was just so average. We eat there lunch and dinner just the one day, afterwards we found some really great gem with lots of fresh seafood option outside the resort. The food options here were very plain and average and they lots of thing out of stock from the menu which was a bit annoying.

The location and beach was the best thing about this hotel, the sea view rooms are absolutely beautiful just like the pictures. The gold course was just average but if you are there for a week, it's nice to go play a round of golf there.

The upgrade for all inclusive package at USD 60 per person per day was on higher side. It would be great if the facility can have a gym like other hotels of the same standard.

Very old room equipment, complete lack of information about the hotel, spa, etc. And not only in the room, but also at the reception. It is very strange. Somewhat inflated prices for alcohol.

Nice view from the room, we took a superior one with an ocean view. Good breakfast. Tasty pizza at pizzaria Don’t take a full board - there are a lot of good restaurants nearby to visit: Leonardas, Asha Bistror, Anchor - I highly recommend

Annoying sellers on the beach, a lot of sea urchins in the ocean.

The stay wasn't any special, the food was quite okay, the beach as well. The hotel itself looked as older one. A small reconstruction would be welcomed.

Water pressure in the toilets and showers was low. The shower heads need to be upgraded. We couldn't have our guest over even for a few minutes in the room to drop off some items. The staff was not friendly when dealing with this situation calling her an intruder.

Spacious and clean rooms. I love the many swimming pools and the water was very clean. The hotel is massive and beautiful.
