The property is small and doesn't have all the facilities like "Restaurant" in-house. It is outsourced, and they declined to put my bills on my room charges so that I can clear it out at check-out. Despite, I have to pay my restaurant bills every time and it charged me overseas bank charges on my card every time. They should make such arrangements, specially when the guests are not local.

Property is good. Cleanliness is something which I am impressed with. Breakfast was good. Location is good but coz of local traffic, guests need to plan their outings carefully.

During our hotel stay, we found the food to be unsatisfactory, particularly in terms of variety for breakfast options. We observed a predominant focus on Asian/Indian cuisine, and we believe the inclusion of continental options could enhance the overall dining experience. The hotel demonstrated exceptional responsiveness during our communication with them. Despite experiencing a delayed flight, we consistently kept the hotel informed about the changing arrival times, and their responses were consistently prompt, positive, and accommodating. Our appreciation extends to the well-appointed rooms with connecting doors, which were not only neat and spacious but also boasted impeccable linen. The hotel's attentiveness further shone through when we sought assistance with the hot plates; their quick and helpful response was commendable. Based on this excellent experience, we would unquestionably choose to stay at this hotel again if we find ourselves visiting Kenya in the future

They only provided 3 in 1 coffee. The rooms are not soundproof, can hear everything outside the door. There were fruit flies in the bathroom. The shower fixture was broken. When sitting on the balcony you can see the next room balcony, there is 0 balcony privacy.

You have you let the water run in the shower for at least 10-15 minutes before you get hot water. No tea provided in the room just coffee which we don’t drink. Missing battery from tv remote. Sofa had some water stains it could use a good clean.

The hotel was really nice and clean, free wifi, we had a spacious room on the 8th floor with a balcony and a lovely view of the city. The location is amazing Ubers we’re so cheap as it was close to everything, bars, clubs, restaurants and the mall.

Everything great. Westgate mall in walking distance. After 2 weeks travelling through Kenya we were allowed to store our luggage for our last day back in Nairobi. Thank you!

Glam only provides complimentary coffee - no tea option,if you are a tea lover,carry along your teabags.Cleaners are annoying, make sure you put the ' do not disturb' sign on your door otherwise you will get an automatic wake up alarm from them.

The location is superb, a walking distance to the westgate mall where you can basically get everything, the room is clean, cool and comfy. A quite environment too.

The night shift receptionist's attitude was not that great plus the fact that one had to go to the ground floor each time they needed to iron clothes instead of providing an iron in the room
