The buffet is not of good quality and very expensive. But especially The Cave restaurant was extremely bad. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to have dinner there.

The room had a stuffy wet carpet like smell but after opening the windows it would be gone. The food was also average.The pillows were also not to my liking.

Kindly improve on the all inclusive drinks menu selection especially cocktails. Add some ice cream for the kids too.

The facility is very clean with super friendly staff. The food was amazing, we loved mahamri and nyama choma the most. We enjoyed aqua Zumba a lot! Big up to their gymnasts and instructors at the poolside who made swimming more fun with the different pool activities. They take very good care of the kids as they swim too. We will definitely be back soon.

Driving through the roadworks was a bit tedious hopefully this will be completed sooner than later.

The pool is amazing. Water aerobics and activities they organise for guests is great. All staff were very friendly and helpful in resolving any challenge. Water sports are available, and my snorkelling experience was very enjoyable. Nice breakfast options.

It is almost not fair to mention and not meant as a disapproval, but... Before we booked we asked if bacon and cheese is available at breakfast. The answer was "yes", but it turned out to be the surrogate called "macon". Cheese is available. The choice of bread is white and light brown sliced. There is no real brown multi-grain bread. I am glad to report that real butter is served. The only way to get to the pool and back to the room is by stairs. Difficult for people with a crutch or walking stick and impossible for somebody in need of a wheelchair.

Nice personnel and friendly service. The pool has a maximum depth of 165cm which was nice because I could stand everywhere. Because of the warm and humid climate the pool is essential for cooling off. Availability of various beverages was very good and quality and quantity of food also.

When we arrived we were a little disappointed at the quality of the hotel. It was a little tired/old and could do with updating. However, after staying there for 6 nights, we loved it and that didn't really matter so much. Other minor things: There weren't really enough sunbeds for guests though and the day we arrived they were all taken by other guests. The Cave should have been full every night. It was amazing. It needs promoting more! The gym needed to be improved - one running machine and one bike plus some weights. We had pizzas at the pool bar one day and they took over an hour!!! The beach wasn't great and the seaweed made it smell. The locals hassled you (more than any other country I've visited) and wouldn't take no for an answer. If they had a different approach they'd have done a lot more business selling their trips and goods.

It was a nice large hotel with lots of facilities. The pool was massive and lovely to sit around. Our room was large with a lovely outdoor terrace overlooking the sea. The buffet restaurant was nice but could have had more fish dishes on the menu, however, it did have a good choice of other dishes. There was a sports bar and evening entertainment. Two nights they moved the buffet outside by the stage, which was lovely and made a good change. The staff were very friendly and were always checking you were having a good time. They were always saying 'Jambo'. The Cave restaurant was amazing. We went twice and it was always empty!! It needs promoting more - we should have been told about it on arrival and someone should have gone around taking bookings for it - the service was outstanding and so was the food. We went to the spa in the other Flamingo Hotel and highly recommend that. Hotel offered watersports and trips.

Some ACs in the rooms weren't working, and the smell from the room was kind of damp and irritating to the nose. Airing the room and fumigation would also help reduce insects in the room as well.

I loved the ambience of the hotel,the staff were accommodating and friendly. The all-inclusive package was really worth it as you had enough to eat and drink without bothering to leave the hotel.

The rooms had a few insects which are typical of African locations, constant fumigation could eliminate these from being visible to guests.

Very beautiful scenery, the staff were very courteous and friendly. Our host staff Claus was exceptional in making us feel welcome. The resort had a functional gym which was attended by Jareth and he was most helpful in assisting guests to use the facilities.

The images are misleading. It shows slides and we booked this for them. We were told the slides were removed and that the other hotel had slides. We requested to use the slides for 1 hour and were told we were not allowed. Very dissapointing as the kids were quite sad as we told them we were going to have slides. Its wrong and was very upsetting.

Rooms were musty and even a room change did not fix the issue. The alcohol offered on the all-inclusive package was of poor quality (cheap brands) and was not able to utilize the offer.
