Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaHad to pay for two days for a 24 hour stay
We stayed at this hotel just for a day before our safaris. We had to book and pay for our room for two days since our flight arrived at 6 AM in the morning while the normal check in time was 3 PM. The room was adequately sized and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very polite and efficient. All the amenities required during our travel were available. The location is good and the area seemed very safe. There was a mall next to the hotel which was good for eating, money changing and shopping. The food at the hotel was very good. The breakfast which was included in the room tariff was sumptuous and had a huge variety to suit every palate and requirements...and at the same time delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure travel in Nairobi.

We stayed here for one night after flying into Kenya. Our transportation was waiting for us as we arrived, very nice gentlemen. The staff was very friendly upon arrival. Quiet area. A little far from the airport but we didn’t have to fly out the next day so it was fine. Overall, a very nice Best Western.

South AfricaAbsolutely no complaints about this hotel. Staff member kindly intervened when we requested a small jug of milk from the downstairs restaurant, after initially being told there would be a rather substantial charge for it. It was only for a tea to be had in the room. Minor glitch that was quickly resolved. The front of house staff were all lovely.
Friendly staff and check in process (room wasn’t ready, but it only took 10 minutes). Also allowed a slightly later checkout upon request in the morning. Nice dinner and drinks restaurant on rooftop bar - good value - pretty good food. Good location close to amenities like Sarit Center. Breakfast was good! Will gladly use the hotel again. The staff certainly made a positive difference!

Hotel was very comfortable with great amenities. Best 'feature' of Best Western Plus Westlands however was the lovely, helpful, friendly staff. I was particularly grateful to Reception and Housekeeping teams for facilitating my request to have a room in which I could change and freshen up prior to my departure for a total of 12 hours flight time on my journey home (having checked out of my own room on the morning of my departure, but not leaving for home until later on that evening).
