Housekeeping was top notch. You need to see how white the towels and the bedding are. The waitresses were so jovial and ready to help during meals. I won't forget the beautiful ladies at the reception they were so kind and always treated my baby well. Bahari beach hotel has a serene environment. I loved the garden most. It was so green with coconut trees that it gave out fresh air. I wouldn't mind coming back.

The hotel was good. Garden well maintained. Food served though repetitive was good.

South AfricaThey really should consider adding more entertainment and a more vibrant atmosphere. Compared to sister resorts this was very boring and super quiet. Our first day was dismal we had a very bad experience at lunch. The waitress didn't want to serve us from the a'la' carte menu and then ignored us after the manager said we could. We waited for over an hour for food and got given dismal food and drinks. The assistant manager tried his best to turn our mood around and said he would speak to the staff. The beach itself is full of rocks not good for swimming but we enjoyed the canoe instead
The resort itself is beautiful. Reception ladies were friendly and most of the waiters were attentive. Easy access to the beach

The location was perfect at the beach front. Cocktails was great The African tea was a 10/10 Staff were very friendly, the cleaners, the room attendants and the reception during checkin and checkout. (Nancy Gitobu Was exelent in her work, very professional and friendly during the whole process)

KenyaWiFi signal strength & security can improve. Sports channels weren’t available considering Rugby World Cup 2023 semis were played during my visit. Not a show stopper, that said.
I loved the ocean & pool facing room; the large pool where I got to swim & exercise; I loved the conscientious staff; meals were fresh, excellent and good sized portions; I slept like a baby; the air conditioning worked well; bathroom facilities were alright. Bahari Beach Hotel demonstrably walk their talk on sustainability initiatives. I would definitely visit again.

SwitzerlandThere was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom but I couldn't find the source. Loungers at pool were not so comfortable and became very hot because they are black metal. Food in the buffet restaurant was ok - reasonable selection, but wholesome rather than high end.
Good location with great views over the beach. Staff were attentive and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Minibar (payable) in room was good value and convenient.

It was clean, spacious and there was everything needed to get away and relax. The pool was super relaxing, and we enjoyed the free SUP time and the gym.

KenyaThe fact that they asked me to pay all the charges before bn booked in the room. Most hotel we pay during departure. It's like they didnt trust l was capable.
I liked their breakfast, 4.00pm and dinner was excellent plus the masai and acrobats thereafter..it was superb. I will definitely go back next year God willing.
