Excellent hotel that far exceeded our expectations. Close to many dining places and train station. Very good value for money especially when compared to Tokyo hotels. Would love to return and spend more time here exploring the attractions. Stayed at this hotel as it is close to the Port for cruises.

United States of AmericaThe Keikyu airport limousine bus to and from Haneda Airport made stop at this hotel. Staff at check in were very polite and friendly. One feature that many hotels have discontinued is the bell service where they’ve cut back staffing. Glad to say that this hotel still assist delivering your luggage, and going over the room features and answering any questions. Picked up our luggage at checkout and held until airport bus arrived. Subway was within a 5-10 minute walk for us.

A large room with a good view. The beds were very comfortable. They had all the possible goodies (shampoo, face masks, pyjamas, you name it they have it). Fantastic breakfast.

Hong KongI thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was wonderful to have a balcony - this was my first time staying at a hotel with a balcony during my travels in Japan. The balcony provided a lovely outdoor space to relax and take in the views. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for accommodations with a private balcony in Japan.

Airport limousine bus drop off directly to the hotel. Great dining experience at the hotel’s Oshima Restaurant on the first floor.

The room we got was overlooking the Wanda World theme park and much of Yokohama Harbor. The bathroom had a delightful soaking tub and shower, while the bed was a true king. Honestly spent much of the evening watching the city below, enjoying a night of relaxation.

SwitzerlandIt’s quite old and dated. They didn’t have a cot for my child so I had to make a makeshift bed for him as he tends to fall out of regular beds. The cleaners always came during my son’s nap time so it never really got cleaned.
The room we stayed in was very large. It had great views of the city.

Yokohama Bay Hotel is ideally located for your last nights in Japan. There are some lovely walks along the bay side and really only about 15mins walk to the Red Brick Warehouse precinct on the bay where there are some interesting eateries and artisan shops. Of course there’s the Cup Noodle Museum and Fun Park with carnival rides, Ferris wheel etc for the kids. Underground malls and shopping precincts are connected to the hotel as well as a short walk to the train station and the Yokohama Art Gallery.

Large room with amazing views of the bay and the mini theme park next door. Everything was in good repair and comfortable for sure. Wonderful staff and the hotel is connected to the mall that has numerous restaurant options.
