Booking dot com quoted price at $125.00 so I booked it. The return confirmation was 26,244 Japanese Yen. SO, it turns out I was billed $175.00 !!! You guys owe me $50.00 I suppose you have some other silly explanation. What gives?!?

Excellent location in Ginza. There are restaurants nearby, and on the 1st floor of the hotel there is Family Mart so you can buy anything anytime. Shimbashi and Ginza metro stations are on a 5 minute walk also. The room was small but enough for 2 people.

The rooms and bathroom were on the small side, no view but this is to be expected for Tokyo and for the price we paid.

Nothing really. Poop Rooms are small but seems pretty standard in Tokyo.

Right in the center of Ginza high end shopping area with lots of delicious restaurant options, within 10 minutes to tsukiji fish market, and Yamanote line. Breakfast was excellent with both western and eastern food choices. Our family of 5 had adjourning rooms that worked out great too

Breakfast is very Japanese style, and it is very good hoewver, it could be more varied and offer some more occidental options. The round table in the room is a bit extra specially considering the space it could be removed.

Location and staff were fantastic literally steps away from everything, 2 subway stations very nearby, and it is a very clean, easy-going hotel. The rooms are standard size from Japan, they can help you with everything, shipping services, laundry, the staff is truly outstanding, location is great! Loved that one of the stops to the limousine bus to and from the airport was literally 4 min walking away, really useful.

Like most of the reviews, the room and bathroom was small. I booked twin beds thinking I would have more space but that was not the case. Luckily we only had a carry one and was able to tuck it right under a table.

The staff was pleasant and made check in and out easy. Family mart was right next to the hotel and had its own entrance at the lobby. It was very convenient for early breakfast or a late night snack.

Room was exactly what was pictured. Small from American Standards but as a solo traveler, it was enough to put my things down and stretch out. Bathroom was clean and efficient and the housekeeping was very good. I liked how convenient it was to have laundry service in house.

Room price is not cheap, shd include daily house keeping and more tv programmes free for hotel guests.

A very convenient location away from the busy Shinjuku, we love the vibe around the Ginza area, felt very safe even late at night. Sound proofing of the room is very good, even with the fire station next to the hotel, we don't hear any siren when in the room. The size of the room is generous.

My only slight complaint is that for the price, I think the rooms were quite small. But they were also clean, tidy and comfortable.

The hotel is in a good location for getting around Tokyo, within 10 minutes walk of several metro stations and convenient for the airport. The room was clean and had a nice view, and the staff were very friendly and helpful upon check-in and -out. While we didn't get to use the restaurant in the evening, the breakfast buffet was really good - a large selection of both Japanese and Western breakfast items (no lunches were needed during our stay!).

The room was tiny, especially for the price we paid. But this is probably just Tokyo in peak season… You have to take a lift to go up to reception and all accommodation floors from the entrance, and we had to wait a long time just to go up and down. It would be better to have the option to take the stairs if you are in a rush.

The location was good for exploring Tokyo, staff were friendly and it was comfortable enough for a couple of nights.

Only place in the room where my multi charger was able to fit in was in the toilet... which is already tiny... all other outlets way to close to the wall..

Very accommodating staff, location is so close to train stations. Pretty convenient, there’s family mart beside the hotel. I highly recommend to anyone looking for hotel in Ginza.
