If there was more restaurants or places open to eat late at night would’ve been nice. Also, the fridge was a bit small and not cold enough for frozen snacks.

I enjoyed the breakfast, having a station close by was useful, and being near the airport allowed for an easy departure day.

Shuttle bus has no timetable and no bookings. We waited 20mins for shuttle bus from T1 10:10pm to 10:30pm and gave up on it. But the train was very easy to get there and the station is only 3mins to hotel. It’s next to the train track so can hear train passing at night.

Hotel reception speaks very well English, we feel very welcomed. The room is relatively big and clean. The location is very convenient with both 7-11 and Lawson just opposite. 3mins to nearby train station.

Hotel was fairly new and rooms were lovely and spacious. Staff were friendly and we ate in the restaurant for dinner as there didn't seem many restaurants open around the area. The restaurant staff were lovely. The shuttle bus to the airport was a bonus we weren't expecting so we loved that and it was so easy to get to the airport from the hotel only 15 mins in the shuttle, better then catching the train.

Clean, comfortable. Loved the walk in shower room with bath and very good Japanese toilet. Great location, 8 minutes from Haneda Airport by train, super easy and many food places near hotel. 7 eleven also across the road

Requested for rooms to be close together, but staff just had to put us at opposite ends of the floor. Carpark gantry was not working, and staff casually collected 1500yen only after we told them that we drove. We also had some issues with the wifi as it was tagged to the wrong name - we need to sign in with our name, and it was not our names.

Overall a pleasant experience for a night's stay before heading to the airport the following morning which is just a 10minutes drive away. Plenty of staff that could communicate well. They even lend a hand with our luggage and helped brought them up to our rooms. The facility seems new.

For breakfast, you might include more dishes and change the menu alternative days. Having the same breakfast all 10 days was a bit boring.

Very clean, comfy, and staff was so helpful all the time. Located close to Haneda airport, train station, and convenience stores. Definitely recommend staying here.

Tbh nothing bad to say, everything was superb but do wish as I mentioned that it was closer to Tokyo city so we could have stayed our whole Tokyo trip!

I really wish this hotel was closer to Tokyo city because I would’ve booked this for our whole Tokyo stay! So good for the price considering it includes gym use, has a lovely bar and restaurant and round the clock airport shuttle. The rooms are so spacious and well thought out and the bed was so comfy. The only hotel our entire Japan stay that *actually* does a thorough job of cleaning your room between nights and it’s timely as well, you don’t have to ask.

The only downside to my stay here is the fridge did not work. When I opened it, I thought it was turned off as it was room temperature/warm - I turned it on and left a couple of items inside so when it did get cold my items would be ok. The next morning when I woke up the food had gone bad, the fridge didn’t work in general

I chose this hotel as I like how it offered a complementary shuttle bus to the airport. For my last night in Japan I was incredibly well rested, the bed is very comfortable and the shower is luxurious
