We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Hong KongI’m looking forward to see the new 10th floor which in my stay it is under construction.
Among this area I found basically every hotel is so similar to the others. Here I like the special bath tube which is located outside in a terrace, I like this setting. Overall, everything is perfect for me. Also, the check out time is 11am when many others is 10am.

Hong KongVending machine was hard to operate. The first time used washing machine didn’t work. The front desk staff came to help me. However, he also didn’t familiarise how to use. After press various button, the machine started to work. After the specified time, the machine cannot open. After that I didn’t dare to use the machine again.

Hong KongThe switch panel above the pillow was very annoying - the green lights were very bright and we had to cover them with a cloth so that we could fall asleep.
The semi-outdoor bath was very good. Bath salt was given to us for free. Spacious and clean bathroom. Comfy bed as well. Excellent location - walkable distance to Yakushima pier, and located very close to major shopping area. Only a few min walk to airport bus. Staff speak very good English and were very helpful.

Small but comfortable room, especially loved the "pillow-bar" where you could choose an extra pillow to your liking! Good laundry options with several coin washers and dryers. Nice balcony with seating area.

The hotel is located a few minutes walk from Kagoshima’s Tenmokan with plenty of shopping and dining opportunities. The hotel staff spoke an amazing English - which helps a lot - was always helpful when I needed tips or advices. The room was perfectly clean and silent, with brand new furniture. At the last floor there is a small balcony with a magnicent view over Sakurajima dake.
