Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Clean and cozy hotel, great kitchen in the bar-restaurant on the 1st floor. Super friendly personnel! The first night we did not sleep well because of the noise music from the nearby event. The next night we got a free upgrade and were moved to the other side. Slept well :) Thank you, Omar! :)

United StatesBreakfast is pretty basic but enough to start a new day. Parking can be tricky for some people since the hotel is located on a busy street, but once you figure where the hotel is you can park right in front of the hotel and someone will move the car for you.
We booked 3 rooms for our group of 6 people for 2 nights and we all had great experience with this hotel. The hotel is close to many restaurants and most of them are within a short walking distance. The hotel staff was very helpful. They parked the car for us and brought the car back for us when we needed to drive somewhere. Our room was clean and the shower water pressure was really strong.

The staff are the one who really made my stay (Hadeel with her amazing outgoing personality at the reception along with Hani Basheer with his calm and humble attitude, Rose from room service, Rami was absolutely at true professional at Gaia restaurant and last but not least Chef Udai who cooked those amazing salads and main course at the restaurant too ..
