Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Absolutely wonderful, helpful, open to sharing about Jordan and making all guests feel very welcome. Delicious breakfast- foods from all over the region to try! Womens only spa and gym were nice to have- while also having a mixed gym !

United KingdomAfter travelling for 8hrs to get to get to the hotel I was tired exhausted and hungry and as I entered the hotel to check in at reception I was meet with the most miserable, unhelpful and rude receptionist. She did not once smile or welcome me as hotel staff usually do, just proceed to tell me i was early when I had already messaged the hotel to ask if could check in early prior to me coming to the hotel. she gave me no information about the facilities of the hotel or even jordan didn't ask if it were my first time, after such a long journey and to start on this initial meeting with someone from jordan was not what i expected - she ruined my first impressions of the country - my advice to her if reading this is get another job because you can not welcome guests probably, her name i can not remember but it started with "n" so I hope the manager takes note.
This hotel is extremely central to everything in Amman, the hotel really has a 5star feel to it, all services were available, had a spa, swimming pool, restaurants - I only went to Chesters which was on the 10th floor deco was nice and the people who worked there were very helpful and accommodating, the manager on duty went above and beyond to help with my questions and suggested places I could visit as it was late evening so wanted to ensure it would be safe.

KuwaitAlmost everyday when I order breakfast I find a little hair. It does not bother me really, but for others it might. Also, the American breakfast is confusingly different everyday… The electrical sockets above the main revolving door should be more hidden. There was a typo on the TV (Samurai Restaurant): “TENJOY” instead of “ENJOY”.. please see the photo below. Thank you though, the stay was still great!
