The airconditioning seem to have little to no effort in cooling the room very hot and stuffy sleep. In the mornings you can hear everyone around you leaving their rooms

Lovely place to stop over for the night with the family, staff in the evening was very helpful with getting from the airport and checking in. Morning staff seemed to have more going on and didn’t seem to want to be as helpful although very kind still.

This is not about the hotel; it is about the country's health regulations. All the toxic ingredients in cigarettes in the air and communal spaces were a massive problem for my lungs and breathing capacity. In this lovely hotel, I did not ask for a non-smoking room, which was my mistake, and the smell was trapped in the furniture, bed, fabric, etc. Then, like in the other places I visited, there is no health protection against secondhand smoke distancing to doors, buildings, or small spaces. In this case, smoke entered through my windows since so many people smoked anywhere, all the time, in front of the lobby entrance or under my room window since I was on floor 1 and facing the hotel entrance. I opened the windows when I entered the room to smell fresh air but was required to close them because more smoke was coming into my room. The hotel was fully booked to request a room change. In fact, smoke fully entered the lobby in the morning when I was leaving for the airport because the smoker was smoking within 5 feet of the open lobby door. That is why I chose not to pick any breakfast because breakfast amenities were next to the lobby door. I went outside immediately, away from it all. But I do not doubt I WILL RETURN to this hotel because the staff and architectural /decor beauty are fantastic. It was truly comforting to be in this hotel. Booking.com, do you allow communication with a hotel before making a reservation to address health concerns? What is your policy about this matter? Thanks.

This hotel is conveniently located from the airport, a 5-minute ride only. I feel the room decor is very tasteful, and I had coffee only, so I can't rate the breakfast. I LOVE the staff's professionalism and customer service skills. Their people's manners made me feel like I was staying at a friend's home—good-hearted people. Nothing is better than traveling abroad to a country where you do not know the primary language and finding kind and courteous people with smiles who are happy to answer your questions and support your needs. I will return to this hotel again, and I encourage any traveler to use it.

Comfortable accommodation. Good location about a 15 minute walk to the airport. Bus number 5 into Venice stops nearby (fare €3 return - tickets can be bought in the tobacconist nearby).

Nothing significant. The double bed in the suite was a bit on the small side for two adults but it wouldn’t prevent us from staying again.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation. 24/7 reception enabled us to use the shuttle service from the airport after arriving just after midnight. We only had one full day to explore Venice and given the time of our flight arrival, staying near the airport suited us. A short walk (if you don’t want/need to use the shuttle) back to the airport terminal the following morning and we easily located the ferry terminal to get into Venice (San Marco takes about one hr to get to on the blue line) to see the main attractions and experience this beautiful city. Then returned on the ferry that evening and back to the accommodation for a good rest. Breakfast sufficient and friendly staff. Pool also looked great but weather not quite warm enough yet to enjoy it. A great base to explore Venice from, particularly if your flight times are awkward, you have a lot of luggage and/or if you have limited time and need to get in/out to see the attractions of Venice-proper on the one day/visit.

It was a bit inconvenient to take a shower since water runs out on the bathroom floor, which might be slippery and dangerous. Toilet buttons are mouldy inside.

It was located in three buildings. You check in in one building. We went to an adjacent bldg for our room which was unacceptable to us. The we went back to first bldg to get another room because the attendant did not answer the phone when we called from the room. We were given another room in the third bldg. it was a rainy night and it was pretty inconvenient.

Nothing around the hotel like shops or convenience store. We arrived quite late and no restaurant was open and the hotel were not able to provide any food at all. Not even snacks we could buy. We were really hungry so that was disappointing.

Location to the airport we walked there in 10mins. 2 floor rooms were lovely and spacious. High ceilings. Quiet location.

It’s a good location hotel for people to catch up an early flight. The hotel offers airport shuttle service in an affordable price. The hotel room was in a good size and the bed was comfortable. Out of our room had a lovely patio and a garden view. It was very relaxing to sit there. Also the staff there were very friendly and helpful.

It's 1,5km walk from arrival terminal to the hotel. So it's not too far, although it can be quite a challenge if we bring big suitcase. The room is great. Bathroom is clean and great. Amenities are complete. Bed is comfortable. Everything is spotless clean. They kindly help me store my luggage for a few days while I was exploring the city. And they give me checkout extension for 1 hour. They are generous.
