Safe to small for all our valuables. Only the water for the first day is free in the room.

We book a great room , same as the last time we visited them 2 years ago. Room was spacious, bathroom also spacious and airy. Nice big balcony.

On arrival I had to point out that the door handle for my room was hanging off, but this didn't affect entering and leaving the room. The electronic keypad for the safe was out of action, but they provided me with a key to use it manually.

Great central location in easy reach of train station, with bars, shops and restaurants all around and directly opposite the ferry terminal which takes you on excursions to all different towns around the lake. Great breakfast with a decent variety of hot / cold food and beverages, all manned by friendly and helpful staff. The bar was very popular for visitors outside the hotel, as it was a good place to watch the world go by and cheaper for drinks than most other places in the area. I paid extra for a room with a wonderful lakeside view. Overall a really enjoyable stay and this hotel would be my first option next time I come to Desenzano del Garda.

Booking.com should have made it clearer that the price quoted did not include an additional 20% tax. The decor of the room was a little tired, and could do with updating a bit. The air conditioning did not seem to work, and opening windows would have made it quite noisy in the evening.

Excellent breakfast, great central location right on the harbour. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful and made us very welcome. The bed was comfortable, and the daily cleaning service was excellent.

A beautiful hotel. The staff were very friendly. The view from our balcony was gorgeous and only wished we could have stayed a bit longer. Our first time in Italy and it definitely won’t be our last.

Awesome location right in the middle of town. View of the lake, harbour, and the little square. We enjoyed an aperitif from the balcony. Could walk straight onto the ferry. Easy check in process, we could even check in a little early.

The missing towel rails or hooks in the bathroom. There is simply no place to put the towels.

Rooms walls were a bit dirty, the room was clean but they can definitely make a difference by taking the time to clean their walls.

The hotel isn’t within easy walking distance from the station especially with heavy luggage. As the taxi service in Desenzano is very poor and cannot be relied on we found the best way to reach the hotel is by bus. Apart from Tuesdays (Market day) when the bus route is different, there is a stop not far from the hotel.

Our side view room was comfortable but rather dark requiring lights on during the day. Next time we'll go for a front view. 20 minute walk (uphill) to station!

We liked everything. Small and nice family-driven hotel with smiling employees who made yo seen and welcome. The location in front of the harbor is perfect and the soundproof is good. You can sit outside in the cafeteria and watch people (and dogs😊🐕) passing with coffee or something to drink with a cake or a snack. You can sit in the shadow and just enjoy. We really hope to return to this nice hotel and Desenzano.

The elevator was really inconsistent and closed exceptionally fast on us many times and does not open even if you are in the entrance- seems to be missing sensors. The shower is very very small but ok.
