Lunch and dinner were good but may seems slightly overpriced. I guess it can also be expected when you have this service in such a nice environment

Whilst most staff was very friendly, a few were very perfunctory. The room smelled a little moist (bit didn’t really bother us. The restaurant and snack bar food was “oke”. We only had dinner once and lunch once.

Lovely pool with enough beds for all guests. Design of the hotel is superb.

The only small thing I could 'fault' was the small vault in our room that can not hold a laptop .

the hotel is very clean and well located close to the busy small town of Otranto . The staff is fantastic , the food is very good and the rooms are spacious with excellent beds . The outside area is also very nice with a large pool and pool side service .

This place was extraordinary. It is even better than the photos. Pool side is so luscious. Breakfast had such great variety. The staff was amazing. We stayed 5 days, had the dinner and lunch sometimes, too. Everything was delicious. The pool side bar staff were exceptionally helpful and always had a smile on their face. Would definitely recommend this place, slice of heaven.

Beautiful and quiet resort near Otranto (by car 7mins), very good location. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the tranquility and relaxing time at the pool side. Staff were helpful and friendly too :)

Considering the large area this hotel covers, the reception office was small and rather bland as a first impression. Often busy, people chose to wait outside this is after all the first impression so it would seem sensible to develop this further. In addition the doors to each room seemed old, unattractive and the wind whistled through! In general the hotel bedroom seemed to need a little upgrading but all can be forgiven by the wonderful setting this hotel has and it's delightful garden.

Location is excellent, situated in quiet countryside with an excellent well -maintained garden which has to be it's crowning glory. It also has a large car park. It is about five minutes drive from Otranto which is a lovely coastal area with history, beach and good fish restaurants. Staff are eager to please and whilst the rooms are fairly simple those on the first room had large balconies overlooking the garden. Two pools both well maintained with ample space to sit in a variety of comfortable areas allowing privacy and comfort. Added bonus -no loud music to spoil the tranquillity!

We really enjoyed our stay- great room, great location and great services. Tasty food at the restaurant, easy with kids. Would highly recommend it, and would surely come back next time. We also enjoyed a boat tour ( arranged by the hotel) which was top notch with the skipper Stefano:)

Very friendly staff Great locations amongst the olive groves but still close to Otranto and beaches Charging for our plugin vehicle, which is rare in Italy Great pool area for when kids were tired of the beach We stayed in the suite, which was almost like it's own little house with a private pool and garden. Very private and very practical with kids. Will happily stay here again.

I wasn’t mad about the mattress which I think was a memory foam, at least that’s what it seemed to be to me. I’ve never actually slept on one before but it did seem to give around my body

It was so peaceful. No noise. No piped muzak or shouting round the pool. And the gardens in which the hotel is set are absolutely lovely. There are so many different seating places and options from the sunbeds to hammocks and great big beds for couples to lie on. It’s just a lovely feeling and so relaxing. You can lose yourself there. The staff are absolutely charming and go out of their way to be helpful as well. In reading my rating, bear in mind that this is a 4 star hotel and is not a luxury resort. So rooms are simple but very clean and with all facilities. But it is super.

The only TINY comment is the distance between the car park and the hotel reception. Quite a long way to carry heavy bags. But as I say, that's only a TINY comment

The hotel exceeded all expectations. We had had a disappointing experience at a hotel nearby and thought this was lucky escape to find a room at all, but when we arrived we were delighted. Lovely staff and service, a beautiful pool, very good breakfast and restaurant service and so on
