The restuarant was closed on the day we were there and not even snacks were available with aperitifs. Not a real problem and it would not stop me going again but would have been nice to be able to be served this in such a well appointed hotel.

The room is a bit small for the 3-bed arrangement although not a deal breaker since we were out skiing all day. It's mentioned on Booking.com that the hotel has ski rental shop and minimarket on site which is not correct, so I feel that should be corrected. Our stay was pricey given there are no amenities at the hotel, but maybe that's because of the season?

Very clean and new Hotel in a convenient location just outside the village with a bus stop at the doorstep. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty with plenty of options.

The rooms are small, there is no refrigerator (mini-bar) in the room. On the first day, upon arrival at the hotel/room, it was cold, the radiator was turned off. The floors in the room are not wooden, as stated in the description, but concrete.

Breakfast was very rich, with a great selection of food. The hotel was very well-kept, very clean, modern, and the staff was friendly. There is an electric vehicle charging station in the garage. There is always enough parking slots available, and the ski bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

Thought the showers were abit dangerous. As the floor was slippery when wet. Could use tape to minimize slipping.

Great breakfast, perfect room configuration (family of six), easy access to ski bus, boot room really good, heaps of parking. Honesty system for after hours beers was a bonus. 😃

I came to this hotel when it start winter. so sometime I feel like the heater or air con is not work but it is ok to stay. love this

breakfast is good, we arrive at the hotel late but the staff try to contract us and left the key in the self check in desk. the staff is very nice with the free bus ticket a lot of recommendation. a lot of car park also.

No ski shuttles

It was our first time in this area, and it was mind blowing! The nature, the vibe, everything! And this hotel was AWESOME! One of our best hotel experiences we had ever! Highly recommended! The vibe in the hotel, very very kind staff, restaurant with very reasonable prices, AMAZING breakfast. The facilities were one of the best, very clean and quiet rooms. EVERYTHING was perfect! Also, in the checkin they gave us a free transportation ticket which covers all the region! We will definitely come back!

Wide spread of breakfast choice and the staffs are helpful and friendly. Hotel location is easy to access and locate. Overall we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.

The room configuration was a little odd, with two chairs facing facing the closet.

The GF breakfast was the best I had on the entire trip. The non-GF spread was also well liked by my party. The location was central and the staff was very helpful in their suggestions of what to do in the area.
