A couple of small faults with te bathroom which were not rectified during our stay.

There was a small kitchen in the room but without the frigde.

WiFi was not strong enough. A bit old facilities, but still clean. Not all the stuff members were informative. Twice we had to wait for someone at reception to show up. We had to additionally ask for the clothes hanger, even though people in other rooms had it. On our first day the cleaner missed to clean our room, but luckily afterwards all was fine. The fee for the quite basic breakfast was 15e.

The price of the accomodation, nature and location. The room was decent.

Resort have new part, which is not mentioned on booking com and No pictures. New part have amazing new pool, and brand new rooms, which should be that mention. I booked hotel with exactly rooms which I seen on booking come, and Is not nice to during arriving get another option. Parking is said, you have to pay €8 per day, but if you stay in new area, parking is for free. No kettle and bin at the rooms. Without car, is no option to stay there. At the pool in old part of resort you can find super overpriced bar. Staff looks like have no energy, but answered for all questions. Breakfast for €15 per person I will say 8/10.

Amazing location, resort is in the middle of nature, 5 min by car to the lovely beaches, and small City Orosei, with lovely restaurants. I reccomend restaurant Da Simone. Amazing food, Great prices. Value for money. Everyday fresh towels and room :). Well done to cleaning staff👍.

Umbrellas need changing had gaps so the sun came through which is difficult when I had a baby that I was trying to protect.

The hotel, rooms and facilities haven’t been updated in years. Breakfast is quite pricey. WiFi is ridiculous, poor connection and speed, even reading e-mails is challenging

Bless them - they waited for my super delayed flight to let me check in. Couldn't have been happier to arrive at the hotel after a nightmare day of travel. Lovely hotel and just outside the town which was perfect for me

We stayed end of September and there was a bit of an off season feeling. Bar was sometimes not Staffed, breakfast rather simple (thin toast, only one selection of cheese, old cereal...), limited dinner options and only after 8pm. Location is close to orosei, but in itself isolated.

Its a cosy resort with nice houses, great Pool area with Bar and parking is no problem. Very friendly Manager. Spacy rooms. Breakfast Area is a nice area (only a bit small if wheather is windy/rainy).

The internet is not so good.

The hotel is very cute an charming. The swimming pool is really nice and big and the mountains close by just make a perfect atmosphere. The breakfast is excellent, a lot of options and the room is comfortable. The staff is really nice, all of them are gentle and nice.

Breakfast was lowest quality and definitely not 4-stars TV cable broken and in the room only kettle station without any other offerings than the kettle the 4 sheets of paper at the bar informing aggressively that you have to pay for coffee, cappuccino etc. (the ones at breakfast are not tasty) is, in my opinion, not a 4-star hotel attitude back of the houses and pool shower should also be maintained a “gym” is offered but just because a 4-star should have it, but the 4 pieces of equipment are placed in an outside, cramped and forgotten 3-walled space, but they are unusable and in a condition worth throwing away the hotel has the looks of a 4-star property but it is far from being one

No evening meals available and not a very safe walk in the dark into town our room was a bit dark and the lay out was complicated in our bathroom.

Friendly staff and very helpful we had a lovely relaxing few days enjoying time around the pool.

Relatively boring and still the same breakfasts, super slow coffe machine (ques for coffee),fee for parking in the resoort placed in the middle of nowhere far from the city seems to be a bad joke...

Great property and great value for what you pay, Nearby the town of Orosei ideal to do day trips around the National park The rooms are okay, a bit outdated, but price wise no complain. Very nice pool with a good bar to do aperitivo

Fridge not working - they said it just wouldn't be. It pissed me off in the high summer temperatures.

The main bed mattress was quite hard. We could feel the coils. The mattresses on the bunk bed were comfortable. The restaurant has a limited menu. It is more like a bar. Not even pasta was offered.

Service!! Great team working in the hotel. Gigi, Ray, Marco... all very kind and helpful. Nice pool area. Room: Good A/C Nice showers.
