This is a stylish and beautifully appointed cosy modern hotel room within a classical Roman residential apartment block. It is in a great location and was easy to walk everywhere. Despite being in a busy area it was a haven of peace when needing to rest. It is exceptionally clean, well designed and high quality toiletries are provided. The hotel hosts are very hospitable, helpful, and responsive.

The neighborhood is less touristy than most even though the Vatican is right down the block. Near to lots of good food and coffee spots. Room was quiet and clean. Staff were very friendly

Great location for the Vatican. Walking distance for all we wanted to see other then the Coliseum. Bed was comfortable. Staff went above and beyond with assistance, calling for cabs. They accommodated our request for early check in so we were able to nap after a long overnight flight.

Loved our room with the view from the balcony. Also, the neighborhood of Prati was lovely. It was close enough to walk to all the touristy sites of Rome but far enough so it was relaxing. We felt like we lived like true Romans

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. Dear Francesca, thank you. The location of the hotel is excellent, next to the Vatican. Downstairs there is a cafe where you can have coffee with croissants.

Not much.

So clean and modern and stylish. It has the feel of an airBnB but the quality of a hotel. There is no 24hour reception or concierge but Sara was always on hand by whatsapp for help. Sara did a perfect meet and greet and was very welcoming and gave amazing advice and recommendations for Rome.

Diego and Francesca could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The location was excellent. The room was so cool, comfortable and quiet. There were shutters on the windows so it was dark. The room had a little fridge which was very convenient. The facilities were excellent. The bathroom was very modern and the shower was great. High quality toilteries are also provided which was really useful. The hosts were so helpful telling us where to go for sightseeing and food. The restaurants they recommeded were so good. I would very highly recommend this location. The hosts also organised us taxis and found the back of my earring which they gave to me after checkout. Francesca also accommodated an early check in and looked after our bags on our last day. They were the best hosts.

Small point to make the stay even better, to have a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea when you get back from a long touristy day.

The room was very clean and spacious, the bedding and towels were soft and high quality. It is in a great location near to the Vatican, but also close enough to walk to the center for the main hustle and bustle. The area was safe and quiet at night! Sara the host was lovely and welcoming :)

Really excellent, friendly, and super-helpful staff. The rooms are very comfortable. Everything in the Vatican area is within easy walking distance. There are numerous good restaurants for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Everything was flawless. I will be staying there twice again in June. I also plan to stay there in February on my way to the Carnival in Venice.

The location is flawless. It is mere minutes from the Vatican and the Vatican Museum. There are a lot of restaurants, including my all-time favorite, Taverna Angelica, in the area. One can walk to almost all of the tourist sites in 20-30 minutes. If you are not inclined to walk, there is a taxi stand nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful and their recommendations are spot-on. Kudos!
