2 minute walk to the ferry, beautiful view of the lake, walking distance from Villa Balbianello, which is a must see in the Como region. And hotel owners and staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay which made it even cozier!

Lovely hotel on the shores of Lake Como, close to the ferry stop at Lenno. Walking distance to Villa Balbianello and lovely restaurants/gelato in the village. Friendly staff, great food, clean and comfortable room.

The wifi could have been stronger, I stayed on the 2nd floor and the wifi signal was poor or sometimes null there.

The property was right at the lake side and had amazing views through the windows. The building is old but had a charm to it. They also have a restaurant downstairs facing the lake. The breakfast had a small buffet counter and they also had some tasty Croissants and coffee. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Also it is 3-4 minutes walk from the Lenno Ferry, If you are traveling via a ferry from Como or Bellagio, the property is easily accessible.

Shower was on the smaller side. And note there is no fridge or air con. You will have a standard room fan instead.

Property was clean. A little dated but it was to be expected in the location. For Breakfast, the croissant and coffee were the highlight. Host was lovely and super helpful. I would recommend staying in Lenno if visiting lake como and then commuting to other towns via ferry or bus. Overall we loved our trip. Thank you!

The restaurant was closed the evening we arrived. (But we were able to eat an evening meal next door). They kept our passports overnight which made me feel uncomfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised, for a two stars hotel everything was great. The breakfast was pretty small but everyone was friendly, the room was bigger than expected with big bathroom and great view of the lake. If you are on a budget I would definitely recommend this place. I was really satisfied. It was very clean too!

Right on the lakeside with restaurant. Small with only a few rooms. Good food and helpful staff. Very clean. Excellent place to pick up ferries to rest of Lake Como and not frantically over touristy like Bellagio.

No air con in room, and the bed/pillow weren't too comfortable ... but these are less important- everything else was brilliant!

Fabulous location on the lake with great views from the room, good price, easy connection to ferry or bus, lovely walks along the Greenway, very friendly staff who were very attentive if you had a question, great breakfast on a stunning lakeside terrace...all in all, loads of things make it a wonderful place to stay!

Pricey food and drinks. Food was nothing special. They’re closed on Wednesdays so when we checked out on that day, I didn’t bother asking if they could hold our luggage (which most hotels would). This place is more of a restaurant than hotel. No 24 hour lobby either. Breakfast was nothing spectacular, just a croissant and coffee, or juice and fruit, cereal, or other bread. I would still stay here for the location alone.

Brilliantly located in Lenno, Lake Como with good views and easy access to all transport around. Hosts attentive (be ready to try your best to communicate in Italian). Nice breakfast.

10€ for 2eggs and 2 slices of bacon is really very greedy, despite the fact that we had "breakfast included" in our room rate. apparently, this meant only "basic breakfast". cold cuts or cheeses or eggs or anything else are to be paid extra. the breakfast room was more like the owners private living room where he loudly conducts his business on the phone while the TV is blasting, not very inviting. our lake view room had a view of the lake, but not in front of the house, only from the side. only rooms #1 & #2 are lakefront rooms. communication with the owner was very slow, we had to ask booking.com to help us out. nobody answers the phone here either. overall, we had the impression that everyone is very complacent here, apparently they get enough customers, no matter what. well, we will not return.

It's raining! We can not sit outside to enjoy the lake view, but warm welcome guy is compensate.

Location is the best, but unfortunately on our date it's raining. The reception guy is the best, he is always service us all time, at the reception, suitcase to the room and serve delicious dinner, thank you for his kindness.

no bedside electricity plug and crooked shower door, nothing else

the hotel is lovely, small, cozy, authentic and simple a real jewellery! the location and view are amazing, the room was clean and simple, with lake view. both the area and the hotel are quiet and relaxing. the room had everything I needed. breakfast was very good as well! the staff was friendly and allowed me to park my bike safely in the back space. I loved this place and would definitely come back here.
