The mosquitos. 😯 i dont know what was the reason for having so many. They are coming from nowhere. Maybe a mosquito net will be usefull for periods like these. The couch...should take better care of the clearance. Put a curtain on it to be easy in/out and wash. If dont want, then use carpet cleaners and clean it properly. Towels, although it may be enough...for a family of 4 ppl sometimes is not. We got extra towels from the reception but felt like this was an exception not a normal thing to do.

Location is very good especially if you come in the season for the seaside holiday. Parking place although small, allways could find a spot available. We were able to check in earlier. The patio was nice and we had breakfast there each morning. The apartment is equiped with all you need.

A nice place to stay, very helpful owners, easy to find, close to the sea, not noisy, comfortable beds. As our flight was in the evening - we were allowed for a late check out.

Just that we didn't spend more time in Rimini itself. Definitely recommend that you explore the beach area as it is quite beautiful especially in the evening ✨

We got two bedroom apartment. Everything was great. Good comunication with owners, they offered free bikes, also they let us to check out later with no fee. Apartment is really good for what you can get for this price. Terrace was very big and nice. If I go back to Rimini,would choose this place.

We could not use the balcony/terrace - contaminated and dirty from birds especially pigeons.

Basically all OK, maybe the pression of water at the shower could be bigger.

The stay was very nice, the appartment itself very clean and white. All basic things needed were assured. Small kitchen with equipment at place. Very friendly and nice proprietor, who served with advice. Location is just one street from the beach. The food market just behind the corner, everything at proximity, including some resto with tasty pizza.

Large, clean, well-equipped apartment with large terrace and free private parking. Close to the beach yet in a quiet location. Very nice and helpful staff. Discount for the sunbed at "Bagno 44", which is the best bagno in the area (well-equipped, clean, lot of plants/flowers, large playground for children, bar, buffet, chillout area, everything you need :) )

The sofa bed was a little hard and uncomfortable - this might well be partly due to my age so have not dropped scores for this :) Other room options are given at the property and I would definitely stay again.

Very clean and modern looking residence. Super friendly staff at check in and local advice given. Studio room was sufficiently equipped for self catering options. Bathroom was spacious and good shower.

The studio could use some renovation, the toilet seat was broken, the shower was a bit run down. It's still great for the money but I wouldn't recommend it for a very long stay.

Thank you for a comfortable stay near the sea. Convenient location, 150 meters from the sea, cafes and supermarkets are within walking distance. The apartments are clean, everything you need is there. Very friendly hosts, we want to come back to you on vacation
