Please remove dark green bed sheets cover that sooked so dusty and dirty. Don't need for that.

Location, decent breakfest. It's nice to sleep over for short stays.

Shower/bath arrangement is not suitable.. you can’t have a shower without holding the shower head

The staff at the reception was very unpolite (a blonde girl was more preocupied surfint instagram than to help us with answears to our questions). On the second day of our stay, half of the day it was no warm water at the bathroom.

The breakfast was various (pastries, fruits, meats and dairy products) and the coffee very good. The hotel was also very clean, we had the bathroom towels changed daily and it was hot in the room. The hotel room was small, but as we stayed all day outside, it did not matter to us.

There were two people in the reception area when we arrived. Ludovica treated us very well and addressed all our needs. However, the other person (Sofia) did not receive us as warmly. We believe this is an area for improvement.

Location is really good, near to Termini Station, wich is very good to walk through the city. Room was comfortable and very clean.

The wifi was intermittent, but the staff did their best to help.

The staff were very helpful. The hotel was very clean, and centrally located to access of the metro, train or bus. It was all good.

Coffee from the breakfast spot was not permitted to take it to the room.

Perfectly clean, changing towels and making the room every day. Good breakfast. So close to the Termini station which has a good connection to all atractions. Big bath in the barhroom.

The bath didn't have a proper shower - it had one on a low down hook. So it was a bit awkward to shower as you had to sit down or use one hand and there was no curtain so the bathroom got a bit wet

Would have much preferred a shower rather than the bath. Would have helped to put on the confirmation or hotel bio that every person needed to show ID to check in.

Excellent location, very convenient for Termini station, really nice breakfast with plenty of choice. Comfortable rooms. Lots of shops and places to eat on the same street as the hotel.

lack of tea & coffee facilities.... no glasses provided. very very few niggles.

We had a disaster regarding our travel plans to Milan via train from Paris. We opted to go to Rome 2 days early and 1 email to the hotel meant it was easy to extend our booking for the hotel. The staff were very approachable, friendly and professional. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and set us up well each day for exploring Rome. Great location for Termini Train Station and lots of mini supermarkets or restaurants that catered for our needs. Would happily stay there again and would recommend to others.

It would be better if they vacuumed the floor each day. Because of the wooden floor, not Like carpet, you can see the dust easily. Proper vacuuming is needed.

It's an old building and the facilities are outdated but they keep it clean and no problem to use. I stayed in the double room alone and it felt like home I can say. The beds are very comfortable and had great sleep during my stay. You can hear the flush next door but not too loud. I had a bathtub in my room it was great to have a bath before sleep after a long walk. The lady who served breakfast was very friendly I think the most friendly person I met so far. Because of her positive attitude and delightful tone of voice, I started my days a lot happier and gained so much positive energy. They allowed me to leave my bag after check-out so I could go for a short walk around the market.

What we didn't like was that we found out on the day of arrival that we had to move to another hotel - Hotel Noto, and that disappointed us a bit because we didn't expect it. In Hotel Noto, the sound isolation is very bad, everything can be heard from the apartments next door. In addition to the unannounced transfer to another hotel, even though we were placed in a cheaper hotel, we paid the price we reserved for Hotel Regio (the prices for Hotel Noto are lower prices). It does not make sense.

The hotel staff were wonderful and friendly. Receptionists, kitchen staff, hygiene staff are all very kind, smiling and make your stay ideal. The location is pretty good.
