There was nothing disappointing about the hotel

Prior to arriving we sent an E mail requesting one of their rooms with a view if it became available. The hotel got us one of the rooms and upgraded us free of charge. There are 3 reception staff and each and every one of them were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Likewise with the staff that served breakfast. The view from our hotel room was stunning and the location is exceptional. This was our first visit to Italy and this hotel certainly did not disappoint. We would highly recommend it. Great value. We had an amazing holiday

I have a hard time finding something negative about this hotel. One suggestion: offering breakfast at 7 rather than 7:30 would allow guests to go on early excursions.

This was my third stay at Hotel Piroscafo and, like the previous times, I was very happy with my choice. The location is hard to beat - a few steps away from the lake, on a picturesque little harbor, close to shops, cafés and restaurants. It's also very close to the ferry landing and I recommend exploring the lake by water. The room was comfortable. I particularly appreciated the tea/coffee maker - not very common in Italian hotels. All staff members were polite and helpful.

Location is amazing. We had a room with a balcony that overlooked the little harbor. Wonderful for people watching! Close to everything in historic center. Rooms are compact but comfortable and efficiently use space.

What we didn't like we discussed with the management and they gave us good news, actually. Our room had a tiny shower cabin, but I understand they are being renovated so next time we'll get the big shower too! Pay attention to the complex parking rules around the hotel, welcome to Italy! They have a partner parking garage (excellent covered garage) 5 to 10 minute walk along the lake from the hotel. Do it.

Location is amazing, forget about it. Stay here for the views and be happy. Once you've pinched yourself, you also notice that the owners are running the hotel with a lot of experience, elegance, finesse and utmost Italian charm. They are both a wealth of knowledge and ready to give you valuable information about all things Garda Lake. Not always you get a chance to live a charming moment in time, a glimpse of what this riviera has been at its peak but still delivers to this day. Historical views, amazing experience. We will be back!

Everyone was really helpful and nice. The room was very clean and confortable. The breakfast was good. And the localization is awesome because its in a famous piazza, very near of everyting, like a 15 min walk to station.

Location was excellent, 15min walk to train station and in the heart of the restaurants. We had a triple room for 2 of us which gave us plenty of space. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and staff were helpful. Everything was super clean

After a hickup with my room they solved it and I was over the moon. Room without balvony I cannot recommend. Feels claustrophobic, for me at least, the view the fresh air was grand and needed! Grazie Mille
